The apartment is furnished to a high standard and is set up for all age groups to enjoy its facilities. As its completely level for getting around to the shops and restaurants and with off road car parking it offers a great holiday base for visiting the local area.

The large lounge/dining room opens onto the sunny balcony which is also well furnished with dining table & chairs, and sunbeds. The master bedroom has a double bed and furnished with built in wardrobes ample storage and en-suite bathroom, and private balcony.CD/radio mini system, TV showing Freeview and usual Spanish channels The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with many extras. The apartment is suitable for all year round accommodation, as it location is close to all amenities, and has air-cond and heating.

The rental rates displayed on the details are subject to change at any time. We often have a special offer running for last minute availability due to a change of dates or cancellation, its good to call and ask at any time. In order to reserve the apartment a 15% booking deposit is required by return and the 85% balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.

We also take a £200 security deposit / damage bond in accordance with the booking contract. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys after your holiday and 7 days after the return of the keys, ( no damage in the property) we will return the security bond.

We employ the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times for an emergency in the property

About this location

The Andalucia region

The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages built in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive.

Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square.

Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more attractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops at the Benavista Centre.

Estepona

There are great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast. The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous.

Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market. The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming areas, lovely beaches and great restaurants.

Details of all local Markets and Attractions are readily available from the local newsagents or travel shop and often brochures are left in the property.
