This Beautiful spacious fully air conditioned 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom first floor apartment is situated on the Pelikan park urbanization in the popular area of Benavista close to the towns of San Pedro and Estepona.

The urbanization is securely gated and benefits from mature gardens and its own communal swimming pool.

The apartment has a sunny, private terrace, which benefits from afternoon sun. It is equipped with a table and 4 chairs. There is also a lift by the front door.

The apartment is located within easy walking distance to the Benavista Commercial Centre which has numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and is situated a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The lounge consists of 2 sofas, coffee table, TV, stereo/cd player, dining table and 4 chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances supplied.

The main bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together to make a double, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, basin, toilet and bidet.

The second bedroom also has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom has a basin, toilet and half bath with shower.

The apartment is ideally situated for whatever holiday you have in mind. Whether it be relaxing by the pool or heading further afield for some sightseeing, you are never more than an hour away from most of the jewels that the Costa Del Sol has to offer.

The Village of Istan and Caceres have breath-taking views.Ronda is another beautiful village to visit. There are also lots to do for the kids, a choice of waterpark, beach or animal park, everything is within easy reach for your day trip.

Special tours can be arranged locally at the Benavista Commercial Centre for trips to Gibraltar, Granada and even Morocco.

If you fancy a short journey, then why not try the local towns of San Pedro and Estepona, both with their delightful promenades, shops and great choice of restaurants and bars.

Make a trip to Marbella old town or Puerto Banus with its famous yacht harbour and frontline bars and restaurants.

The Costa del Sol region

The urbanization is securely gated and benefits from mature gardens and its own communal swimming pool. It is located within easy walking distance to the beach via a footbridge, shops (including supermarkets,newsagents and banks), bars, varied choice of restaurants.

Puerto Banus with its famous yacht harbor is only 10 minutes drive away whilst Marbella and Estepona are 15 minutes drive.

For the sporty types the Benavista bowling club is situated 400m away, the Bel Air tennis club 3 km away. EL Paraiso golf club is situated 2 km away and is the nearest of a number of high quality golf courses in the area.

For the kids Selwo wildlife park is situated 5 km down the coast, only a 10 minute drive away with horse riding situated close by. There are a number of waterparks to visit, Tivoli World, Selwo Marina and Fuengirola Zoo are all within a 30 minute drive of the apartment.

Excursions can be taken to Gibraltar (for rock, monkey or dolphin tours), Morocco and the local white Spanish villages of Caceres, Istan and Ronda (with its breathtaking views). The nearest airport is at Malaga, 70 km. away. We can advise on car rental or arrange a taxi if required.
