About the home

Luxury apartment furnished to a high standard set in the quiet surroundings of La Resina Golf Club, yet only minutes away from the numerous beaches in the area and close to Marbella, Puertos Banus, San Pedro and Estepona with their wide selection of bar and restaurants.
The large terrace, which is south facing and gets the sun until evening time, has wonderful sea views and is furnished to enjoy dining al fresco or relax on the sun loungers. The apartment overlooks Selwo Nature Park to the north and has two bedrooms- one double and one twin - and two bathrooms. There is sofa couch in the living area which folds into another double bed if needed. The intimate, manicured complex has two beautiful swimming pools, one with a large children's' section.

The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard and comes with everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday. The apartment is supplied with clean linen and towels (except beach towels). If you would like a cleaning of the apartment during your stay, this can be arranged at a very reasonable cost. The apartment has satellite TV (32" Flat Screen), with BBC 1, 2 and 3 and ITV 1,2,3 and 4, plus news and movie channels and hundreds of radio channels. There is also a DVD player.

The apartment is located on La Resina Golf course and free golf can be organised for occupiers. The area is very secure with security personnel on duty. There is a beautiful clubhouse just a stroll away with full bar and restaurant facilities. If you don't feel like a game of golf, there is a full practice area with a pitching area, driving area and putting green. Clubs, caddy, buggy, can all be hired in the clubhouse. Please advise at time of booking and all can be arranged for you in advance.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol region in Spain is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Europe. There is so much to see and do. The apartment is the perfect base to explore the region. The weather is good all year round reaching temperatures of between 25 and 30 degrees in the summer months. There is a huge selection of top class restaurants in the region and at a fraction of the cost at home. If you play golf you will find the area a golfer's paradise with over twenty courses within striking distance. With Gibralta only 30 minutes to the west and Malaga city only 45 minutes to the east there is endless choice of activities and places to see to make the perfect holiday.

The Estepona area

Literally on your doorstep is one the area's top attractions - Selwo Nature Park where visitors are taken around the park in safari type jeeps to see a wide selection of animals in semi- wild environment. Only a short distance away is Estepona with it wide selction of bars, restaurants and shops. We can give some recommendations on booking. Estepona has 22kms of beaches, so you will be spoilt for choice. Estepona Port offers a great selection of restaurants and shops. It is also a great place to take a boat trip. Why not take a boat trip to Gibralta and go out to sea to watch the dolphins on the return trip?
The towns of San Pedro and Puerto Banus are only a short drive away. Puerto Banus is famous for its jet set lifestyle, with amazing yachts in the port and top class designer shops. It also has a huge market every Saturday. Just a few minutes on from Puerto Banus is Marbella town. Visit the beautiful Orange Square in the old town, have a coffee and watch the world go by.
The luxurious Laguna Beach is only three or four minutes from the apartment. Here you will find a beautiful swimming pool right on the beach with luxury sun loungers at the pool and on the beach itself with attendants to pamper you. There is a selection of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Fly to Malaga airport. Only 45 minutes to property. Car hire at very competitive rates can be organised. Meet and greet and transfer to property can be arranged for a fee of €60. Bus service from airport to Marbella is frequent and cheap. Taxi from Mareblla to property should be approx €20. Full details will be supplied at time of booking.

Your apartment is absolutely stunning. Decor fantastic. By far the best self catering accommodation we have stayed in. Loved the golf club. Had a few lunches and evening meals there. Lovely. Ate in all the restaurants you recommended. Loved La Pampa and El Sur. View from the back of Selwo was another bonus.
