The villa is centred around a feature tower filled with original artworks and sculptures. The spacious and bright lounge dining area opens out onto the terrace and pool area with built-in BBQ and al-fresco dining area.
Villa Kadi is in a quiet location ideally situated for the ports in Estepona or Duquesa with bustling bars, restaurants .and night life. The location is also well situated for travel along the coast to the towns of Estepona and Sabinillas (5 minutes) Marbella (Puerto Banus)or Gibraltar and inland to Rhonda or Granada.
The road to the beautiful white village of Casares is just 5 minutes away and the breathtaking scenary as you drive up the mountain is a must. The house looks over the sea on two sides and flanked by the mountains which offer National Park nature walks, picnic areas etc.

The master suite has a super-kingsize bed, full en suite bathroom and access directly to the terrace. Downstairs from the tower there are four more bedrooms, two with twin beds and two with doubles, and all with plenty of wardrobe space. There is a full guest bathroom with separate walk-in shower as well as a cloakroom. Access to the garden is through one of the double bedrooms, or alternatively, from the pool terrace. There is secure off-street parking for two cars. (NOTE:- ACCESS TO FIFTH BEDROOM ONLY THROUGH FOURTH BEDROOM)

Villa Kadi now has a beautiful new retractable awning and sides with windows to cover the main terrace. This will create the ideal "outdoor" space for al fresco dining and offer a shaded area in the height of summer whilst offering protection during the cooler season.
Please note that although smoking is not welcome indoors the house offers sheltered areas around the terraces for those who enjoy the option to smoke.
Deposit of 25% payable on confirmation and balance minimum 6 weeks prior to start dates. The property is managed locally and assistance is available for any problems. Bookings are available for holiday lets only.
The Andalucia region
The general Estepona region is well supported with tourist facilities but offers a more Spanish feel than some of the areas closer to Marbella. The whole region benefits from it's own micro climate and a perfect location for winter sun. The local moorish villages situated in the hills are absolutely beautiful and very hospitable. The house is within easy reach of some of the best golf in Europe with Valerrama and San Roque, La Reserva and Sotogrande all within 15/20 minutes.
Buena Noches is a well established traditional urbanisation built around a hill and featuring detached houses and villas of great character. Estepona Port lies within 10 minutes with it's bars, restaurants and fishing port.
In the opposite direction the Port of Duquesa is heavily inhabited by tourists and many bars/restaurants offer entertainment.
The town of Estepona is beautiful with narrow winding streets and little squares leading down to the beach whilst spreading inland into the new and sprawling town.
Sabinillas the other local town is growing equally quickly but retains a more Spanish local atmosphere with it's weekly giant flee market and the beach area is great for the kids.
