Beautiful well maintained townhouse in a beachside gated development of Villacana / Albayalde.This 3 bedroom townhouse has everything you need in a holiday home. Located in a gated beachside development with the terrace overlooking the beautiful communal gardens and pool. It is very quiet area with a low density, walking distance to a nice beach.

The Townhouse is a spacious (185 m square built-in area, excluding terraces), bright self-catering holiday between Marbella and Estepona.The house is easy to get to, just off the main road from Marbella to Estepona, 8-10 minutes drive to Puerto Banus.

This property is well equipped and distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and access from there directly into the house. On this level there is a light and airy double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with doors to the lower terrace and pool area.

Upstairs to the spacious living room/dining area with an open fireplace for the winter months and a fully fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher) with all appliances and a small terrace for drying clothes/storage.

Double doors lead from the living room to the upper terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun and with views to the pool area. Upstairs is the second double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with its own small private terrace with pool views.

Located in the Albayalde / Villacana complex with all amenities available (supermarket, restaurants, bars, etc.). There is plenty to do in the community - There is a hotel nearby (Villacana - few mins walk) with a kids club inside. The beach is a at walking distance and there is a nice pool attached to the house.

There is a free wifi access in a private area inside the complex just outside the house. The gated area is very safe and secure, entrance for residents only (need a badge to get in, the gated remains closed at all time). There is a large parking area in the complex just outside the house.

The area has won many awards over the last 10 years for its cleanliness and beautiful kept gardens/walkways (twice top 10 in the costa del sol). It has just appeared in the place in the sun magazine.

The Andalucia region

The choice of golf courses available is unsurpassed: there are some 50 scattered around the Costa del Sol, which is also known as Costa del Golf for this reason.


Located a short drive from Marbella with its small squares and narrow side streets lined with white houses, with balconies full of multicoloured flowers typical of a Mediterranean village. Take a walk along the Paseo enjoying its sandy beaches, with "chiringuitos" serving traditional tapas.The Sierra Blanca mountain range can be reached in under 30 minutes by car.

The beautiful port of La Duquesa is close by and has attractive promenades encircling the port offer a variety of restaurants, intimate bars and cafes in which to while away the days. Two nights a week the port hosts a unique Crafts Market, popular with the local residents as well as visitors.

"Amazing stay for great value budget !"

The place is spacious , clean in a good location (can walk to the beach easily) Had such a great time there with my family, would definitely go back there again ..

"Excellent little house"

the situation of this house is very nice, close to the beach ( less than 100meters ) close to shops, Marbella, etc...
House with 3 big bedrooms, everything was clean.
Nice place to stay for sunny holidays in Spain!
I stayed there with my 3 daughters and it was just wonderfull, my family was happy and we fully enjoyed our holidays.
Thanks to the owner for the quality and prices :)

"Wonderful stay in a lovely house in perfect location"

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely spanish-style townhouse. The location was perfect, walking distance to a nice beach, a few mins drive from Puerto Banus and close to shops. It is ideally located inside a nice and quiet compound near a nice hotel. It is very easy to find, we got good directions from the agent who has an office just outside the compound, which makes it easy in case any help is required.

The house was lovely, with large bedrooms, a direct access to a lovely pool from a large terrace and is well equipped (TV, DVD, fridge, towels, ...).

We had a wonderful holiday in this very nice part of Spain and we will definitely return to that same house!
