The apartment offers a comfortable open plan living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single), one toilet and shower room, and one bathroom with bath and shower.
The property is in block thee in the Puerto Alto complex. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a lift. The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout. The kitchen and bedrooms over look the pool, of which there are two in the complex. The balcony and living room over look Estepona Harbour and sea view over the buildings in front.
There is currently a supermarket and chemist within the complex, with other shops opening soon. This property is a new construction which was completed in January 2008. It is next to the harbour and is only 300 meters to the beach. Estepona beach stretches for 2 miles. Malaga Airport is 70 km away and Gibraltar is 20 km away.

A security/damage deposit of £150.00 is required (preferably by credit card) which will be refunded on departure subject to any deductions, after inspection. You will be met at the apartment, shown around and given an inventory, and the keys. The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival and on your departure you will be met and the inventory checked. Your deposit, if paid by credit card will be refunded.

Conditions
Normally the lettings will be weekly and can be arranged on any day. The property can be let for over a week on an extra day basis. Prices on application. Rentals of less than one week are available, prices on application.
The Costa del Sol region


Estepona is one of the most westerly towns on the Costa del Sol, situated between Marbella and Manilva at the foot of the Sierra Bermaja mountains. Estepona, being on the southern coast of Spain enjoys all year round sunshine and warm temperatures as it is protected from the cold northern winds by the mountains. Estepona has all the charm of the traditional Andalusian village, with the public squares covered with flowers, pavement cafes and unbeatable beaches, combined with the most modern requirements for international visitors.
Gibraltar is only 30 minutes away, and is a British enclave with its red telephone boxes and the British bobby still patroling the streets, it boasts all the British high street shops.
Puerto Banus is located 20 km away and has it's designer shops, busy nightlife and exclusive marina, where you can sit and enjoy a coffee or an ice cream, and watch the world go by.
The Estepona / Estepona Puerto/Marina area
The town centre conserves its old, typically Andalusian style architecture and town plan, balconies decorated with flower pots and white washed houses. Estepona is also one of the most important tourist towns on the southern coast line, with magnificent beaches and facilities, excellent hotels and restaurants. It has a very prestigious riding school, the Escuela de Arte Ecuestre de la Costa del Sol, a wild life park (Selwo Wildlife Adventure Park) that is amongst the best in Europe, and a host of sporting facilities for both water and mountain lovers.
The festival of Estepona's patron saint, San Isidro Labrador, takes place on the 15th May, when local people head for the countryside and hold processions in the town later that day. The Feria and Fiestas Mayores of the town take place during the first week of June in the feriagronds, and there is also feria by daytime in the town centre. Estepona also has another patron saint, the Virgin del Carmen, and the corresponding festival is on July 16th, which involves a procession aboard fishing boats on the sea, carrying the image of the Virgin on board.
Only a short walk from the apartment is Estepona Marina, with an array of bars, restaurants and shops, and a local market on Wednesdays and Sundays. Boat trips to see the dolphins can be taken from the Marina. The beautiful beaches of Estepona are also only a few minutes walk away and a 10 minute walk past Estepona bull ring, along Paseo Maritimo will take you to the heart of Estepona's town centre
Other activities within easy reach of the apartment are Selwo Wildlife Adventure Park, waterparks, many golf courses, watersports , horse riding and there is local market on Wednesday and Sunday at the harbour

-Globespan and Easyjet fly from Glasgow to Malaga daily, and Estepona is approximately €90.00 from Malaga Airport by taxi, the journey time being approximately 45 minutes using the toll road.
-Estepona is 70 km from Malaga, and 20 km from Gibraltar. Gibraltar airport is the closest airport to Estepona, however it is quite expensive for flights.
-There are several cheap car hire companies at Malaga Airport. Marbella and Puerto Banus are 10 minutes from Estepona. The 3 bedroom apartment is in the Puerto Alto complex, which is situated at the roundabout at Estepona Harbour.
