Hacienda del Sol is a hugely popular development with familes, couples and groups thanks to its close proximity to a huge range of amenities. Located between the Spanish towns of San Pedro and Estepona on the Costa del Sol, Hacienda del Sol is just five minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, bars, children's play area, beach restaurants and more.
The development itself boasts its own gymnasium, sauna, jacuzzi, paddel courts, tennis courts and numerous swimming pools - all available to be used by guests. It is a secure gated development, with 24 hours security and underground parking.
Puerto Banus, Estepona, San Pedro and Marbella are all within easy reach by car, as are a huge number of golf courses.

The apartment features:
Underground parking with direct lift access to the apartment.
The living room leads out to the terrace which has direct access to gardens and pools.
Kitchen is fully fitted with marble worktops and contemporary kitchen units. The kitchen has modern appliances - ovens/hob, washer drier, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, ketlle, iron and ironing board.
The apartment can accommodate four people sleeping comfortably in two bedrooms.
Master Bedroom with its kingsize bed has an en suite bathroom with sink, wc, bidet, separate shower and bath.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and use of a separate bathroom with bath and shower.
Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space.

Upon arrival at the apartment you will be met by our local representative who will talk you through how everything works in the apartment and generally provide you with any information you may need about the apartment itself and the surrounding area.
Our representative can also provide you with a welcome pack on arrival, especially useful if you are arriving on a late flight, as well as assisting with any requirements you may have from baby equipment hire (bookable in advance), car hire, maid service cleaning, restaurant bookings, excursion bookings and so on.
Office hours for our representaive are 10am - 8pm Monday to Saturday and arrivals outside these hours incur a meet & greet charge of 69.60 euros.
Conditions
In order to secure your reservation, we take a 25% non refundable deposit. The balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival. Payments by bank transfer to Spain or via credit card.
Upon arrival at the apartment you will be asked to provide our representative with a 300 euros security/breakages deposit refunded subject to a satisfactory property inspection within one week of departure.
If you arrive outside of our representative's office hours (Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm) a meet and greet fee of 69.60 euros will be payable direct to our representative together with charges for any extra requests you have made (wifi, baby equipment hire, welcome pack, etc).
The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol, and in particular the cosmopolitan city of Marbella, remain the Mediterranean's most popular hotspots for travellers looking for any type of holiday.
Hacienda del Sol is ideally placed for those wanting to relax on the beach or energetically tour the golf courses of the Costa del Sol, the shops and restaurants in old towns of Estepona, San Pedro and Marbella, the bars and clubs (and people watching!) in Puerto Banus, horse racing in Mijas, polo in Sotogrande or even the history and culture of the many traditional towns and cities in the surrounding area: Ronda, Granada Mijas, Casares, Gaucin, Seville - to name but a few.
Gibraltar also has a lot to offer with its historical monuments, tax free shopping, cable car and, of course, the monkeys. Please don't forget your passport though!
There's also plenty to do for the children with cable ski, aquaparks, wildlife parks, zoos, aquariums, theme parks and, of course, miles of beaches!
Coming in the winter? Why not combine your holiday with a skiing trip to the Sierra Nevada - only two hours drive away from Hacienda del Sol is a great resort suitable for all levels. You could be playing golf or walking along the beach the very next day!
The Estepona / Hacienda del Sol area
Hacienda del Sol is a family friendly development located between Estepona and San Pedro - two traditional Spanish towns on the western Costa del Sol - an area often referred to as the New Golden Mile.
The world famous "Puerto Banus" is just a five to ten minute drive from the apartment. Puerto Banus is renowned for its exclusive shopping, restaurants and yacht harbour.
The traditional mountain pueblos of Casares, Istan and Ojen are also close by - and completely different to the cosmopolitan districts of Marbella.
The apartment is close to a vast range of restaurants ranging from beach cafes to those offering international cuisines.
The beach is within a short walk of the apartment or alternatively jump in the car to visit one of the other spectacular beach clubs such as Mistral Beach, Puro Beach or Ocean Club. There are also blue flag standard public beaches nearby in San Pedro and Estepona.

The apartment is easily accessible from Malaga airport using the new AP-7 toll motorway. It takes approximately 45 minutes drive time from the airport car hire pick up to arrive at the apartment.
