The pool area has 6 sun beds and dining table. The views over the beach and the ocean is very special: You feel you are on the top of it all. You can see everything, nobody can see you. Side-walls prevent insight from neighbors; only access to the private pool area is from the apartment.

n the roof terrace there is a private pool facing the sea. There are 6 sunbeds and a dining table in the pool area. Adjustable shades. The pool area is absolute private with no insight from neighbors. The only entrance is from the apartment. The pool area has its own shower and toilet room.
Location: Between San Pedro and Estepona. 5 min to Puerto Banus, 10min to Marbella. 5 min to Estepona.

Rental periods are Saturday-Saturday. The rates include change of linens and towels once a week, and cleaning once a week. Breakfast package on arrival. The apartment is managed by a local english speaking management company that will be available if something should happen.

Minimum rental period is one week. We can discuss long term rentals, but not more than 2-3 months depending on the season.

The Estepona / Los Granados Playa area
The Los Granados Playa is situated right on the New Golden Mile among luxury resorts and high standard apartment communities. Both Spanish and international restaurants in within walking distance. The beach is never crowded and is perfect for long walks.
Estepona is one of the few coastal towns that has succeeded in maintaining its pueblo charm and character, despite the onslaught of tourism. Notwithstanding, all the tourist facilities are here, including hotels, restaurants, leisure and cultural activities, and shops.

There is no other property in the marked where you get the closeness to the beach and sea, and at the same time have a big, very private outdoor area with your own pool.
