All good facilities in the area including top class 5 star hotels, Las Dunas being 5 mins away. The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The New Golden Mile and Andalusia, especially this part of it, offers many activities, including fishing, walking, mountain biking, sailing, painting, horse riding, 4 x 4 off-roading, para-gliding. Situated on the 'New Golden Mile' between Marbella and Estepona, Selwo Hills stands in an area of great demand from which you have access to a world of entertainment. 'Selwo Park', an African game reserve that provides a natural buffer. The reserve is within walking distance.
For the golfers, the nearby Los Flamingos or El Paraíso Golf Courses, and just 1 km away are the, peaceful beaches of the coast to practice endless water activities, or, where you can sit in a relaxing beach chiringita eating local tapas for lunch. Marbella, is to the east with its chic boutiques and international restaurants, and the famous Puerto Banús with its marina and sophisticated night-life is only a short drive away.
Estepona is to the west, with narrow streets, restaurants, marina and regular market. You will also want to visit the Aqua Park or Equestrian Centre both about 15 minutes drive. There are many golf courses in the area and also tennis and bowls clubs nearby. And for the more adventurous, there is always the Ferry to Ceuta in Spanish Morocco. Visit the Souk, or book a Camel Ride in the Desert, or visit the Atlas mountains.
Estepona area
Numerous street cafes and tapas bars still serve traditional Spanish delicacies and the steep, cobbled, narrow streets seem more suited to horses than cars. You'll also find unusual shops and bodegas in Estepona, where you'd least expect them, all very inviting, very friendly - and very cheap!
Located at the west end of the Paseo Maritimo and is a delightful place to wander round, look at the boats, sit in one of the bars, have a meal and dance the night away.
Beaches are excellent with La Rada beach and El Cristo being the most famous. El Cristo being the best for children. A very quant and traditional Spanish town.

Further details outdoors: Communal gardens, water features and pool right outside apartment less than 5 metres away with breathtaking views over the Safari Park. Further pool about 30ft away with views of the Mediterranean. Lift available from underground garage, own parking area. Private parking space with large lock up suitable for inflatables. Also has 8 sunbeds for around the pool. Nicely maintained gardens and water features. 30 sq m South facing terrace and enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset in peace. Has tow sofas and two sunbeds on terrace.

In no circumstances use an on airport on site car hire company, you will wait a long time for your car to be brought to you from an external location. First Car Group are excellent and competitive. Laundry/Cleaning Your accommodation will be cleaned prior to your arrival with a change of towels and bed linen. For stays of 10 nights or more a second clean of linen and a second clean of the apartment can be arranged and will be charged extra at cost.
Any changeover day is accepted and we will accommodate you at whatever time you wish to arrive and depart the accommodation
Conditions
Strictly no smoking.
25% non refundable deposit on booking balance due six weeks before departure to secure booking. There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access. We also ask for £100 deposit for breakages that will be fully refundable at the end of your holiday should this not occur.
