About the home

Stylish, modern, well furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment, with views of the sea, pool & Estepona Marina. Enclosed in a well kept & very secure complex, with secure parking. Just a 2 minute stroll to the beach & Estepona Marina where you will find an array of bars, restaurants and shops (but far enough away not to hear the noise of the busy nightlife). A stones throw away from Estepona Bull ring & the Paseo Maritimo that leads you into the heart of Estepona town with a 10 minute walk along the beachfront.

The apartment offers a comfortable, open plan living / dining area, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, second bedroom & shower room. Satellite Television with English / German / Spanish channels is also available. Car hire is not necessary for an enjoyable stay at this apartment as all amenities & facilities are within easy walking distance.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is the premier holiday location in Southern Spain and is famous for great weather all year round. There is a huge range of things to do, something to suit all ages and interests.

Whether you want to visit Theme/Water or Safari Parks with the family or take in some horse riding/fishing , enjoy a round of golf on one of the fantastic golf courses or maybe visit one of the historic mountain villages like Benahavis, Casares or Ronda for a spot of sightseeing and lunch. Or maybe you just want to relax on the beach or lounge by the pool.

One of the most popular areas is Puerto Banus, just a short drive away, where there are numerous top class designer boutiques and shops and restaurants and bars offering every type of cuisine.

In the winter months, in less than 2 hours you could also be ski-ing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains .

The Estepona / Estepona Puerto/Marina area

The apartment is located in Estepona, a central location ideal for exploring the surrounding beautiful unspoilt historic villages. Gibraltar, Seville, Ronda, Granada, Cordoba & even Morrocco can be easily reached by car (car & boat to Morrocco) or daily coach trips are available to book.

With a short 2 minute stroll from the apartment, you will find Estepona Marina, with an array of bars, restaurants & shops, and a local Sunday market. Boat trips to see the dolphins can be taken from the Marina. The beautiful beaches of Estepona are also only a few minutes walk away & a 10 minute walk past Estepona bull ring and along the Paseo Maritimo will take you to the heart of Estepona´s town.

Other activities within easy reach of the apartment are Selwo Wildlife Adventure park, Waterparks, many golf courses, watersports, horse riding & there is a local market on Wednesday & Sunday.
