About the home

Fantastic location for a family holiday this 2bed/2bath air-cond garden apartment is comfortably furnished throughout. Marble floors and many extras as its the owner's Spanish home. Satellite TV, DVD, CD player etc. Sun beds are around the pools and pool towels are provided by the owner.

The terrace off the lounge faces the pool and although cosy is furnished for dining.The apartment is perfectly located for the beach all within 50 mtrs easy walking, either from the front entace of the apartment or through the private gate within the complex.There are 5 pools and fountains adorn the gardens.There are beach bars and restaurants,sunbeds and lawned areas to enjoy on the beaches.
Local shops and supermarkets are whin easy reach of the complex. A short bus ride/ or car journey will take you to Estepona Port and beaches and the famous Laguna Village. Or in the oposite direction you have Puerto Banus San Pedro de Alcantara and Marbella with orange square and its famous shopping.

Lovely beaches all along the coast accessible by public transport, or by private car.

The apartment is tastefully furnished to a good standard, and if perfectly located for a superb family holiday. The rooms are spacious and airy. Air conditioning and heating, marble floors throughout and fully fitted bathroom and kitchen.

The apartment has been carefully thought out to accommodate a family 4/ 5 with ample space. Sat TV, and many extras are available in this apartment. There is a private gate to the beach and dedicated parking spaces near to the entrance gate.
There is also a settee bed in the lounge for an extra child if required.
There is an english speaking managing agent available at all times her details will be found in the apartment.
All linen and towels and pool towels will be provided for your use during your stay.

The apartment is situated in a superb location, near the beach of Costalita del Sol, beween San Pedro & Estepona . The secure grounds are maintained to a high standard with tropical flowers and beautiful pools with sun beds around.
Up to 5 pools are to be found in the gardens of this delightful well maintaned complex.

Bookings are easy a 15% deposit will secure the apartment and the rental balance will be due to pe paid 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
For late bookings we will request that you make an instant Bank Transfer or Paypal Payment as all rentals must be cleared funds before any keys are issued.

We also require a £200.00 secuirty deposit bond refunded as stated in the booking conditions..

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages built in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive.

Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga just less than one hour drive,take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square.

Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more attractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops at the Benavista Centre. Mabella & Puerto Bnaus are just a short drive of 10-15 minutes where you can enjoy the old town of Mebella, have lunch in orange square, and then visit the Marina in Puerto Banus and look out for those famous faces, lovely restaurants and boutiques. more to do than ever before, and all on your doorstep.

The Estepona / New Golden Mile, Bel Air area

Costalita del Sol is located on the new Golden Mile Nr Estepona and offers a great holiday destination. It has all the shops and restaurants with in a five minute walk of this delightful 2bed garden apartment.The local beaches are just a short walk from the apartments, where you will find natural flowers growing freely on the sand dunes, pasao leads to beach bars and restaurants reasonably priced where you can hire sunbeds and enjoy the day. The beaches have grass banks and are also sandy. Walks along the beach lead to more beach bars and restaurants, discover something different every day.

Its short drive into the vibrant town of Estepona where you can visit the marina with many fish restaurants, and fantastic beaches and play areas for children. Puerto Banus is just 10-15 minutes drive and there you can spot the rich and famous or enjoy the all fresco dining on the waterfront. Marbella is also an exciting place to visit, have breakfast in orange square and meander through the small alleys filled with boutiques, bars and restaurants.

There are also great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast. The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous.

Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market. The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming areas, lovely beaches and great restaurants.

Details of all local Markets and Attractions are available from the local newsagents or travel shop and often brochures are left in the apartment.

Budget airlines operate to Malaga daily from all European destination, discounted CAR HIRE or AIRPORT TRANSFERS can be arranged for you. There is also a direct Airport coach service from Malaga Airport to Marbella Bus, station where you can take a local bus or take a short taxi journey to the apartments.

Airlines also fly into Gibraltar from many UK destinations, discounted Car Hire can be arranged for you, or Airport transfers, please enquire fro details.
