The apartment is in an ideal location, and is suitable for all age groups to enjoy its facilities. The master bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes ample storage,and an en-suite bathroom. The Guest bedrooms are also well equipped with twin beds built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space. There is second full bathroom to service both guest bedrooms.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with many extras, and has an extra untility area for drying washing.
The apartment is suitable for all year round accommodation, as it location is close to all amenities.

The well maintained mature gardens and pools are for the exclusive use of the owners and thier guests. The pools are well maintained and the complex is only two floors. the complex is suitable for age groups and children to make new friends.
We provide our guests with pool towels for use during the stay. We have easy parking outside the apartment.
In order to reserve the apartment a 15% deposit is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
We also require a £200 security deposit bond which is refunded in accordance with the booking contitions.. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys after your holiday. and 7 days after the return of the keys,
(no damage in the property) we will refund the security bond. We employ the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times for an emergency in the property.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages buit in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive. Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square. Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more atractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops at the Benavista Centre
La Gardineas El Pilar Nr Estepona only a short distance from Puerto Banus & Marbella and offers a great holiday destination. Its mature gardens and local natural beaches still hold the charm of old Spain. There are also great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast. The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous. Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market. The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming areas, lovely beaches and great reatuarants.
