Fantastic location this 2bed/2bath garden apartment sleeps 6 and has marble floors throughout and brand new fitted kitchen and 2 bathrooms, offers very comfortable accommodation, set in mature gardens and close to all amenities. The apartment is well located.
The large lounge/dining room opens onto the Sunny South facing terrace which is also well furnished with sunbeds and and many extras. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and the guest bedroom can be partitioned with a double sofa bed if needed. Both bathrooms are recently refurbished and it has just had a brand new fitted kitchen.
The South facing terrace overlooks the private gardens, and the apartment has the added facilcity of the country club and pool.

The apartment is in an idea location, and is suitable for all age groups to enjoy its facilities. Fantasic for the family holiday, with the Counrty Club & Pool. As its set in delightful surroundings easy for getting around to the shops and restaurants and with private car parking it offers great a holiday base for discovering the area. Its located close to the beaches, many are drive on and have beach bars and restaurants. Lots to do in the area, as the location is close to all facilities, Estepona, San Pedro Marbella & Puerto Banus.
The master bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes ample storage, with a superb en-suite bathroom. The Guest bedroom is also well equipped with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space, there is also a partition for separating part of the room, so suitable for a mixed family. this room also has french doors opening onto the sunny terrace.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with many extras.
The apartment is suitable for all year round accommodation, as it location is close to all amenities and has air- conditioning and heating.

The well maintained mature gardens are laid to lawns with mature flowering shrubs, access from the guest bedroom and the lounge through the opening patio doors. The pool is at the country club is an added bonus to this delightful apartment. The country club has a large pool with sunloungers and dining around. and there is a very good restaurant for evening dining.
The whole complex is well cared for and maintained, suitable for age groups and children. We provide our guests with pool towels for use during the stay. We have a dedicated private parking area for El Paraiso /Patio Alcornocal guests so parking is made easy.
The Country Club / pool and retaurant has recently changed ownership,, now offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Acess to the pool is free to clients staying at an owner's apartment, although there is a charge of 5 euros for the use of the sunbeds, however the owners apartment has a sun garden furnished with sunbeds for your use,a nd also a very nice terrace for alfreco dining.

The rental rates displayed on the details are subject to change at any time. We often have a special offer running for last minute availabilty due to a change of dates or cancellation, its good to call and ask at any time. In order to reserve the apartment a 15% deposit is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
We also require a £200 security bond / damage which is refunded in accordance with the booking contitions. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys after your holiday. and 7 days after the return of the keys, ( no damage in the property) within 7-14 days we will return the security bond. We employ the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times for an emergency in the property.

We do ask you and your guests not to smoke inside the property as the odours get into the fabrics and linger, and its very unpleasant for the next guests following into the apartment. No more than five guests to stay in the property unless previously arranged with the owner.
Guests are requested to take care of the furnishings and not sit on the soft furnishings whilst covered in sun cream. We provide pool towlels which we request you use when sunbathing on the beds to protect the soft furnishings.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages buit in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive.
Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square.
Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more atractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops at the Benavista Centre.
The Estepona / Benavista area
El Paraiso Patio Alcornocal El Pilar Nr Estepona offer a great holiday destination. Its mature gardens and closeby natural beaches still hold the charm of old Spain.
There are also great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast. The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous.
Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market. The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming areas, lovely beaches and great restaurants.

Budget airlines operate to Malaga daily from all European destinations. Discounted CAR HIRE can be arranged for you,or private transfers to and from the apartment. If you prefer, there is also a direct Airport coach service from Malaga Airport to Marbella Bus, station where you can take a local bus or take a short taxi for the short journey to the apartments.
Airlines fly into Gibraltar from many UK destinations.Discounted Car Hire can be arranged for you, or private transfers to the apartment. There is also the local bus from La LInea Bus Station (ten minute walk from Gibraltar Airport) to Estepona, and then a local bus to the apartments

A 15% deposit of the total rental is required to secure the reservation. The 85% balance of the rental is payable 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday in full.
All payments are to be made by cheque if booked within 10 weeks of the holiday. Late bookings will be required by a bank transfer or by Cedit Card via PayPal transfer. We require cleared funds before the release of the apartment keys. The security bond of £200.00 is also required by bank transfer or PayPal and is returnd as per the booking conditions.
