Fanstaic location 3bed/2bath groung floor garden apartment is fully air-cond ( hot & cold) and has marble floors throughout. The apartment is designed to sleep 6, although we can provide a cot, or z bed on request.

This well apointed apartment offers many extras, sat TV, etc.. The apartment is tastefully furnished throughout. and furnished to a high standard. Ideal for the family holiday as its close proximity to the beaches with a 10 minute walk, and amenites within 2 minutes walk. The large lounge/dining room opens onto the cosey balcony which is also furnished with chairs and dining table.

The master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes ample storage, with an en-suite bathroom. Both guest bedrooms also have twin beds.

The fully fitted kitchen is large enough for dining with table & chairs. fully equipped with many extras.

The apartment is suitable for all year round accommodation, as it location is close to all amenities and is ideal for Families as there are local attractions for children good for Bowlers and Golfers.

The apartments are located to all the amenities and a local bus service, so that a car is not always needed, except for touring around the area. There are a splendid selection of cosmopolitan restaurants, shops supermarkets, and all other amenities within a few mins walk of the apartment. The apartment is secured in a gated community, and is has private parking facilities. The pool is very close to the garden apartment, and pool towels will be provided for your use.The gardens are very neat and sunbeds are placed around the pool.

In order to reserve the apartment a 15% deposit is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday,

We also require a security deposit bond/ breakage damage bond which is refunded in accordance with the booking conditions. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys after your holiday. and 7-14 days after the return of the keys, ( no damage in the property) we will refund the security bond. We employ the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times for an emergency in the property.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages buit in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit.

Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive. Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras.

Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square. Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water World at Fuengerola and many more atractions, details can be found in local shops and english newspapers.

Estepona

Las Palmeras de Benavista El Pilar located between San Pedro / Estepona offer a great holiday destination. Its white andalucian style propertie and natural beaches still hold the charm of old Spain. Easy walking to all amenites, and a good local bus servise. There are also great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast.

The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous.

Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market. We are also close to San Pedro with great reataurants and shops, fantastic beaches and beach bars.
