This stunning apartment is located in the prestigious resort of Costalita in lovely landscaped gardens, with direct acces to the beach. Beautifully decorated and furnished it's spacious size makes it perfect for large families or friends holidaying together.

This apartment is ideal for family get together, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. In winter months some communal pools may be closed due to local laws. There are many attractions for children, with Selwo Park , water parks, sports and horseriding nearby. Golfers will find a number of courses to try locally with the Internationally reknown Los Flamingos Golf at 5 mins. drive.

Costalita is a beachside developement inbetween Puerto Bunus and Estepona It is a very pleasant large complex west of Marbella, with along seafront promenade outside the gardens rear gate, perfect for those sunset strolls or winter walks. It has a wide sandy beach and a fishing port close by where you can watch local fishermen unloading their catch from their colourful boats,but you will have to be up early for the fish auction!
The pretty main squares of Puerto Banus and Estepona has numerous cafes and restaurants amid remnants of old castle wallsand traditional whitewashed buildings with their balconies of scented flowers. There is a good mix of shops and the area is particularly popular with families and well heeled British retirees.
For those seeking nighlife, the exclusive bars and clubs of Puerto Banus are 10-15 minutes by car. and the same for Estepona in the other direction. Cant beat it

Sorry No Animals. Strictly no smoking except on the terraces. Refundable breakages deposit of 250euros required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due eight weeks before your stay to secure booking.
Due to the high maintenance costs, the property is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this. Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking and this service is very popular and will need to be scheduled.
