This stylishly furnished ground floor apartment is brand new and set in stunning gardens and close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and local amenties.The complex is gated and security is available twenty fours hours a day. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the large lounge has a leather settee and an arm chair, and is well equipped with DVD/CD, flat screen LCD TV with satelite freeview (over 200 channels) and a good selection of DVD movies.The dining room has seats for four and can seat an additonal two persons. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a full range of appliances, an excellent range of crockery and utensils; including plastic cups/plates/bowls/spoons for children, and a utility room with washing machine/dryer, iron and clothes airer. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and marbled en suite which includes a bath, and shower. The second bathroom also has a bath and shower and is situated next to the twin bedroom ( the single beds can be pushed together to make one double). Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. An extra bed can be hired if you need it. Cots and high chairs, extra cleans and laundry of sheets and towels can also be done and payment made direct to our Management company.
The apartment benefits from a large shared swimming pool, plenty of sunbeds, with a smaller shallow pool perfect for the children and the pool area can be accessed from the terrace. Both bedrooms have shutters which can be closed during the day to keep the rooms cooler.
Kitchen has breakfast seating area, and is very well equipped with microwave, full sized cooker, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
Cot and high chair are available to hire for a small fee.

Access from the complex to main road at front of complex which takes you to bus stop, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bank, chemist, and dentist,.
Access to beach at main gate, and access via the side gate to El Presidente complex from where you can walk to Crowne Plaza Hotel, and the restaurants.
During your stay you have the services of Paul and Julie of Pelikan Properties our management company , staff are English and Spanish speaking, who will meet you on arrival and give you the keys. You must aim to arrive at the apartment by 1030pm, otherwise you will be a charged a meet and greet fee.
Payments can be made in pounds and euros only. A refundable breakages deposit of £250 will be taken in the UK 2 weeks before you travel and will be refunded within 10 days. Refunds for the rental are not available, guests should ensure that they have holiday insurance should they need to cancel due to unforseen circumstances.
A welcome pack, and grocery shopping can be ordered at time of booking. High chair, cot, and additional bed are all additional extras that can be hired at time of booking.
The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol's beauty will take your breath away with its rolling green hills, wonderful climate, tiny Spanish towns, great street markets,and friendly tapas bars. The region has a number of local resorts well worth a visit from Benalmadena with its beautiful marina, Fuengirola and its endless entertainment, pretty marina, fun waterpark, and weekly market , to Torremolinos with its five miles of sandy beach, bars, international restaurants, and waterpark.
There's also Granada, a City steeped in history and home to the Alhambra Palace. A trip to Gibraltar is only a thirty minute drive (don't forget your passport!) and see the Barbary Apes, then take a trip to Dolphin World, and don't forget to hit the shops to grab those duty free bargains!
Benamara has a range of good restaurants, shops, banks, chemists and the beach is only a five minute walk where you will find two excellent beach bars serving excellent food. The local area is also renowned for its great golf courses and many are within in a ten minute drive. Full details can be given on request.
Selwo Wildlife and Adventure Park is open daily and is a ten minute drive. Seven kilometres away is Benhavis, a hidden gem, a picturesques place with incredible mountain and sea views. Benhavis village is known as the 'dining room' of the Costa del Sol owing to the large number of restaurants of every nationality that flourish here. A gastronomic festival is usually held in June, and a village fair in mid August.
Estepona's lively marina is a great place to stroll around to admire the boats, or sit in the bar/cafes and watch the world go by. There is a craft market every Sunday morning. The old town has cobbled streets where you will find a good range of shops, street cafes, and tapas bars. El Cristo beach is near the marina and ideal for children as it is sitauted in a delightful shetlered cove with lots of water sports nearby.
Marbella town, home to the rich and famous, has a lovely shopping and historic area centred on Orange square, where you will find excellent pavement cafes, and designer shops. Marbella has a great beach. with an excellent choice of cafes and restaurants.
Puerto Banus, luxurious and cosmopolitan, boasts chic boutiques, designer shops, an attractive marina which is surrounded by cafes from where you can sit and watch the world go by. A must place to visit!
