Welcome to El Pilar Residencial an exclusive development of 34 privately owned apartments in a three story complex. Private lifts service every three apartments on first and second floors. These apartments are in a secluded peaceful area near to all amenities. The location of the apartment is ideally suited to families and golfers alike. El Pilar Residencial is located in the urbanization of El Pilar in the Marbella/Estepona District. Estepona is on the Costa del Sol and the area is 45 minutes from Malaga Airport. El Pilar is located between San Pedro and Estepona and is close to Marbella and Puerto Banus. Gibraltar is approx. 30 minutes away. Close to all amenities of the Costa, El Pilar offers all year round climate. Regarded as one of the best areas on the South Coast on the new Golden Mile. There are many fine beaches within a close proximity. El Pilar is ideally positioned to visit other cities such as Seville and Granada (2.5 hours) and nearer to home Rhonda and Casares. During the summer the weather on the Costa del Sol is pretty much sunshine all the way through. There is very little rain in the summer but if you are unlucky enough to wake up to rain, you can be rest assured that it will fade away as quickly as it arrived.

Access to all of the holiday resorts on the Costa del Sol is very easy. There is now a choice of airports depending where on the Costa del Sol you are planning to stay. Most people still use Malaga airport.


The Benavista area is in one of the most prestigious areas of the Costa del Sol. Local ammenities provide everything you need: restaurants, bars, shops, hair & beauty, childrens entertainment and much more.

Set amongst beautiful attractions and being only 2 kms from San Pedro town, Bena Vista is a very convenient base for viewing the sophisticated tourist areas of the Costa del Sol. Local buses and taxi's are regularly available and very convenient.

The world-famous marina of Puerto Banus is only 5 kms away where many an enjoyable evening can be spent dining out, browsing round the port and viewing the splendour of the shops, spectacular boats or generally participating in the wonderful atmosphere of the port itself.

Marbella is 10 kms away and known throughout Europe for its excellent quality shopping.

Two international airports are close to the resort, Malaga and Gibraltar both are only a 45 minute drive away on the recently completed motorways.

"Fabulous place to spend with girlfriends"

This is a fabulous place to spend time with a group of friends. The property had everything that a person would like to have in an apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom & shower facilities, comfortable bedrooms, lounge and balcony area. The area is really nice with lots of high quality restaurants close by, good beaches, good walks. Good shopping areas nearby. The people in the area are really friendly and accommodating and I would have no hesitation in recommending this as a lovely place to spend some time away relaxing and enjoying life. A good place to recharge your batteries, so to speak.

"Fantastic location / Beautiful Apartment / Family Friendly"

One is always cautious when booking a family vacation online. No need for caution here. The property is very well presented and its description and photographs on the internet were accurate and not overstated. The complex is child friendly and secure. The area has much to offer for all family members. Overall we had an excellant holiday and highly recommend this property and have done so to our friends since returning.

"Spacious, comfortable, relaxing and beside great restaurants and bars"

Myself and my wife have stayed at El Pilar on numerous occasions. Our apartment was spacious and decorated to a very high standard. It had everything we could possibly want. The area is quiet but has excellent bars and restaurants within walking distance. It has a choice of beaches and numerous golf courses nearby so is ideal for a sun or golfing holiday.
