Cortijo Viejo is an absolutely wonderful 100 year old farm house that has been tastefully restored to provide top class luxury holiday accommodation whilst at the same time retaining the charm of an old Spanish Cortijo. Used as a family home the present owners have added many facilities for their own family which make it pefect for a holiday. An outbuilding has been converted to a games room and includes a full size pool table, a Nintendo Wi , a darts board, extensive board games and a digital scaletrix.
On the lower terrace there is a full size table tennis table and in the grounds a 9 hole putting green has been built together with a sand bunker for those wishing to practise chipping or their short game. In addittion there is an air conditioned mini gym with cardio vascular equipment. The villa is set in flodlight tropical gardens of about one acre with a lovely large pool and plenty of patio and out door eating areas, meaning that you can have sun or shade at any time of day.
The lovely seaside town of Estepona is just a few minutes away by car.Once a sleepy fishing village it now boasts many first class shops,bars and restaurants whilst at the same time managing to retain much of it’s old charm in the delightful cobbled back streets. There is also an excellent beach with a lovely promenade all along the front running for 2.6 kms. As you would expect from a property in Costa Del Sol there are also a multitude of golf courses with three being within 5 minutes of the property.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Estepona is well known for its restaurants and bars, but remains unspoiled and typically spanish.
The cobbled streets and pretty squares enhance the charm of the town, whilst still allowing you to "shop till you drop" in Calle Real and Calle Terraza. There is a bullring and absolutely no shortage of golf courses, with three being within 5 mins of the property. Estepona golf and Valle Romano. For children there is Selwo Park and Selwo Adventura where the animal co-exist in semi wild conditions.

*Market Mania with a colourful market in the port on sunday mornings and a larger market on Wednesday morning. *Zoos/Karting and quad bikes are all available in nearby areas. *From Estepona port, boat trips and dolphin rides are also available. *Tivoli World, for children's rides is 40 mins away. *During the summer months there are various Fiestas. The Paseo Maritin ,seafront has various activies throughout the summer months. *Wind surfing Tarifa, is well worth a visit where a hydrofoil can take you in 35 mintes to Morocco.

Living Room: The elegant living room boasts a high beamed ceiling.Patio doors on to the cloistered patio at the heart of the house, There is a large open fire place with comfortable seating .There is a large flat screen T.V with SKY reception and a DVD player.
Bedrooms: - The three double bedrooms are all very comfortably furnished, 2 have en-suite shower rooms and one has a full en-suite bathroom. - 2 bedrooms also have patio doors on to their own private patios. - They all have built in solid wood wardrobes. - Each room has it’s own television, 2 of which are flat screen,and an independent SKY reception is available to each of them.DVD players are also installed in all rooms.
Dining Room & Games Room: The dining room has a stylish cream coloured dining suite that seats six. This room leads into the games room where there is a full size pool table, a dart board, punch bag and a fold away scalextric digital track, all of which should certainly keep the kids, and perhaps one or two of the adults, happy. There is also a broadband internet connection here.
Further details outdoors: General: Patio doors lead from the living room and the kitchen onto a vine covered cloisters. This has patio furniture plus a built in bar with 2 fridges and a sink. Steps lead from here lead to the heated swimming pool and sun terrace and to a separate patio where there is a built in BBQ and a full size table tennis table.
