Fantastic furnished apartment located in the Centre of Estepona and seaside. Bright and comprehensive with incredible views. All the facilities and amenities to your alcance. There is a Big terrace overlooking the sea and town with Beach to less than 50 meters away. At the same time you can find great tranquillity.

In the apartment can sleeps 6 people. There is a great main bedroom along with other two twin bedrooms. In addition, it counts with all the comforts, so only you have to enjoy your holidays. The property is located near Puerto Banus and Marbella, Sotogrande, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Tarifa and Sierra Nevada(Sky). Here you can find the best Golf in Europe.

The terrace is ideal for relaxing. It is equipped with a table y chairs.

The outside area of the apartment is fantastic.
To the right you have the sea, beach, a long walk.... On a clear day you can see Morocco and the Rock of Gibraltar.
In front of the apartment you have the town.
To the right, the mountain.

Some bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, meat, fruit, fish fresh .... Everything you may need is very close.

In 2 minutes is at the heart of Estepona. The centre is very lively.
At 5 minutes there is a health centre.
Behind, there is a Sports Club, tennis, paddel, soccer ..
In 10 minutes by walk you can stay in Port Estepona.
