The Andalucia region

The Costa del Sol region is very famous for its mild climate. Long-term winter rentals are possible because there are sunny days even in November, December and January. Spring and autumn are nice whereas summer can be very hot.

This period (mainly July and August) is not recommended for people with a weak health.

Estepona

The Estepona area becomes more and more fashionable although it does not have the same fame as Marbella has. The Old Town undergoes a stepwise renovation process to make streets more attractive. There are several museum, a port, several bus lines (to Marbella, Cadiz, Granada, Malaga).

The markets on Wednesday and Sunday are an attraction for tourists. In the summer time there are open-air performances in the Bullring. In the port area are many restaurants and bars.
