Perfect Location with wonderful scenery and the Night-Life of Marbella and Puerto Banus only a short distance.

Newly furbished Apartment, with large and bright living/dining room. Comfortable two and three seater Sofas. Sliding patio doors on 2 sides to the simply magnificent terrace. Free-View Sky Channels also (such as BBC & ITV).

Kitchen: Fully Equipped Bosch appliances

Master Bedroom: King Size Bed. Built in wardrobe with drawers. En-Suite Bathroom with marble tilling and under floor heating. Bath with shower. Patio door leading to terrace. Each room also equipped with individual air-conditioning.

Second Bedroom: 2 Single Beds, with built in wardrobes an En-Suite shower room and one folding bed

Located some 5km west of the thriving and sought after seaside town of Estepona in the direction of Sabanillas, and 5km to Duquesa and 20 minutes to Gibraltar. Inland lies the picturesque hill village of Casares and golf courses abound.

The apartment was excellent - well furnished, clean and spacious. The only item missing was a plug for the bath but no big deal, so in finishing I don't know what you could do to improve.

We had excellent weather for the whole three weeks, and the concensus of opinion from all four of us was that it was the best place we had stayed in, with a fabulous balcony and an even more fabulous sea view. Certainly a better sea view than any hotel we had stayed in.

"A spacious well equipped modern apartment. Enormous terrace for sunbathing, dining & stargazing. The local service station next door has most provisions you might need but supermarkets are only few minutes by car. The pool is lovely with 'waterfall' feature,plenty of sunbeds and again you can just stare out to sea. Lovely quiet apartments with well kept gardens. Communications with the owner Saied are excellent. A car is essential here as there is very little to walk to, but taxis to & from Duquesa would be easily requested as its only a few minutes drive away. Overall- chill out, do nothing and enjoy the sun!"

We have just returned from your apartment after our 5th trip there. As usual the apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was in good order. We have stayed in numerous villas and apartments in the Costa del Sol and yours is by far the best. The facilities are first class and the setting is wonderful. Watching the sun rise from the big balcony looking over the beach is something special. In all our trips we have never found the place crowded and any people that have been there tend to keep themselves to themselves.

Estepona is as nice a town as you will find on this bit of coastline and we hope to return many times to stay in Sinfonia del Mar.

Just a quick mail - firstly, thanks for returning the deposit and secondly, thank you for letting us use your wonderful apartment. We had a great time and weren't ready to come home!!!

Your apartment was without exception, the best we have stayed in - it was like a home from home and the outside terrace was just fabulous.

I've already recommended it to friends of ours and Steve and I would have no hesitation coming back.

we have had a very nice residence from Sept 10 to 25, 2009 in your beautiful apartment "Sinfonia del Mar".
It was a pleasure to stay there. The wonderful sea view directly from the terrace was even more beautiful as we expected from the photos on the homepage. Also the green around was very cultivated and nice to view.
We enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace, to have a view towards Gibraltar on good weather, to see the African coast at sundown, and to enjoy the starry sky.
We also enjoyed the nice swimming pool.
