The complex benefits from its own private beach (0.25km) and has a large balcony for entertaining and enjoying al fresco meals. The apartment also overlooks beautiful communal gardens and one of the four swimming pools on the complex (complete with separate children's pool and waterfall).

The lounge in the apartment offers comfortable seating and includes LCD Flatscreen TV, DVD and CD Stereo and a dining set which seats 6 comfortably in style.
The Master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with separate double shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and there is also a second bathroom.
There is Satellite TV with both Astra (English Channels) and Hotbird (International Channels) available.
We have a travel cot and also a baby walker if required on request.
The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with slate worktops, touch sensitive cooker, fridge freezer, sandwich toaster and a full range of appliances including built-in water filter. There is also a fully equipped utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Amenities include private "Hacienda del Sol" beach, outdoor communal jacuzzi (for up to 50 people), gynasium, paddle tennis court, tennis courts, children's play area, large swmming pool (towels provided within apartment).
The development features 24 hour security, security cameras, secure video entry system with cool and secure underground parking for your rental car (recommended in order to enjoy the many attractions of the surrounding area to the full). Hacienda del Sol offers a genuinely fantastic location for a memorable holiday.

The Costa del Sol region


Welcome to the Costa del Sol or 'Sun Coast'. Welcome to Andalucia and a land of contrasts running from Nerja in the east down to Gibraltar in the west. Along the sun-drenched shores of the mediterranean, the Costa del Sol is still one of the world's most luxurious and favourite holiday destinations.
The best part of the Mediterranean really does have something for everyone. Sandy beaches, year-round sunshine (approx. 320 days per year), numerous and excellent golfing facilities, water and theme parks, theatres, cinemas, great walking and lively nightlife. If you enjoy culture and local cuisine on your holidays, there's a wealth of variety to enjoy and savour with restaurants from all around the world dotted up and down the coast including Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Thai, Moroccan and the US. Some of our favourite restaurants include "Rufino" in Benahavis where you can enjoy fabulous meats and wines - try the lamb shank...it is fabulous !
You can enjoy shopping in Marbella, wining and dining with the rich and famous in the internationally-renowned marina of Puerto Banus, have a coffee or dinner at one of the "Paradores" or simply enjoy the fantastic scenery, including Puerto de la Duquesa, the breathtaking gorge at Ronda or Sierra Bermaja where you can take in the breathtaking views across to Africa from Alto Los Reales. Offering easy acccess, the Costa Sel Sol can be reached within 2.5 hours from all areas of Europe and is naturally well serviced by Low Cost Airlines. There are numerous activities both on and near the complex, but the coast itself is perhaps most famous for golf, with many of the sixty or so courses having been designed by leading international players.
Also known as Costa del Golf, the climate is so good you can play almost all year round.
The Estepona / Benamara area
San Pedro is part of the municipality of Marbella and still enjoys a local feel with some great seafood restaurants and a selection of bars to enjoy. With a strong agricultural history, local workers once lived here, however these days you would never believe it. Whilst there is still an old feel about San Pedro, it is steadily growing into a large resort with many modern facilities to enjoy and a fabulous seafront promenade and beach.

Hacienda Del Sol is specifically located in Benamara, Estepona at Km 168 of the Ctra. Nacional 340 and is next to its own private beach, Playa Andalucia, in the exclusive "New Golden Mile" area of the Costa Del Sol near to Puerto Banus. This private, security protected complex is proudly positioned between the 5 star Marriott Resort and Crown Plaza Hotels (and is on the same side of the road) and is in easy walking distance of atleast 30 bars and restaurants. The beauty of the area is matched by its accesibility, with all the main airlines, including Easyjet, British Airways, Ryanair, and Monarch all flying to Spain. Airports in Andalucia (where the apartment is located) include Malaga, Sevilla, Granada, Jerez, Gibraltar & Cordoba.
The apartment is in a genuinely superb location, suitable for those who want both peace and quiet and a stroll on the beach or equally those who want to enjoy the night life of Puerto Banus, which is located just 4km away. You are also very near the shopping and treats of Marbella, with its open, flat promenades and sandy beaches and inland nearby lies the beautiful mountain tranquility of picturesque Benahavis.
Furthermore, just 2km away is the pretty spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara which is very well served with excellent restaurants, shops and amenities. Estepona, to the west, is approximately 5 minutes away by car.
Gibraltar is about a 1/2 hour drive away and the picturesque town of Ronda (one of our favourite places) about an hour (approx. 60km) inland.

Bookings in Summer (High season) are Saturday - Saturday on a weekly basis, but we can entertain all enquiries.
Bookings at other times (and low season) are typically weekly, but we can flexible as to booking time and length on a case by case basis accordingly. Please call to discuss and we would be happy to help.
A security deposit (fully refundable) will also be taken prior to arrival in the property.
