Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroomed penthouse apartment in secure gated urbanisation. Consists of 2 large bedrooms with modern, ensuite bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining/lounge area. Seperate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Once you have stayed in this apartment you'll want to come back! The standard of the furnishings are of the highest quality. The gardens are very pretty and are well maintained as is the pool. There is a large private terrace, with access from both master bedroom and lounge, with table and chairs for alfresco dining and sun beds.

Situated in a quiet urbanisation, but within walking distance of local supermarket, bars and restaurants. The beach can easily be accessed, 10 min walk, with a choice of chiringuitos( beach bars).Nearby, the small, typically Spanish village of Cancelada has many tapas bars and gourmet style restaurants. There is a small market there every Friday morning.

10 minutes away, by car, there is the infamous Puerto Banus and a few minutes more the stylish Marbella. In the opposite direction from the property there is the port of Estepona, with many choices of bars, restaurants and shops. A Sunday market is held in the port, which is well worth a visit.

An ideal property for tennis enthusiasts, as Bel-air tennis club is only 10 minutes walk away. For golf enthusiasts, a choice of courses within close proximity.

The Andalucia region

Estepona is a town and municipality on the Costa del Sol, southern Spain. It is located in the province of Málaga, Andalucia. A district which covers an area of 137 square kilometers.It covers a fertile valley crossed by small streams and a mountainous areas dominated by the Sierra Bermeja, which reaches 1,449 m at the peak of Los Reales.

Estepona is renowned for its beaches, which stretch along some 21 km of coastline. It is a popular resort and holiday destination.

Due to its natural environment, surrounded by the sea and Sierra Bermeja mountains, Estepona has a micro climate with over 325 days of sunshine per year.

Estepona now has many interesting facets which make it a popular and contemporary all year round holiday destination including two EC Blue Flag beaches, a modern sports marina with many tapas bars and restaurants and a white-walled town offering shopping and picturesque squares.

It also boasts many sporting facilities and is perfect for families. There is a Sunday market in the scenic port, selling clothing, bags and many other artefacts. There is a larger market held every Wednesday, next to the football stadium. This is very popular and great for bagging a bargain!

Estepona

Our property is only a 5 minute drive from Benahavis, which is a Spanish village situated between Marbella, Estepona and Ronda, where it is located seven kilometres from the coast. The approach is a very windy road, with magnificent scenery following the path of the Guadalmina River. You will meander through a spectacular gorge which provides a popular spot for rock climbers.

It is renowned for its restaurants, often known as the dining room of the Costa del Sol. This is certainly Andalucian kitchen at its best! There is something for everyone, from traditional Spanish Tapas bars to luxury Restaurants for those special occasions. Prices to suit all pockets.

It is a very picturesque village with incredible mountain and sea views.

Benahavis is one of the most mountainous villages on the Western Costa del sol, located on the Southern face of La Serrania de Ronda mountain range and yet only 10 minutes from the local beaches.

Certainly a hidden gem and definitely worth a visit!!

"Great location between Marbella and Estepona, walking distance to tennis club and beaches,"

Apartment was convenient, clean and well located, walking distance to tennis, beaches and grocery. Car is required for day trips.

"Fantastic Apartment"

Spent a fortnight here with two 14 yr old girls. Apartment was lovely with all mod cons and lots of space. Lots of helpful info on places to see and restaurants and shops to try. While slightly out of the way it was not too far to Porto Banus for the teenagers but far enough away for the adults. Jason the agent was also very helpful and we would certainly return.

"It's our 3rd visit to these apartments and it won't be our last. Everything you need for a quiet relaxing break."

Great holiday package arranged by Jason. Third apartment we've stayed in this complex. All very high standard and great value for money. Very spacious. 10 minute walk to the tennis club. Car required but a great location for visiting nearby towns and villages.
