There is also a smaller kitchen and living area in the self contained guest flat, which boasts it's own 1st floor balcony for sunbathing or dining.

The elegant living and dining room lead into a large tiled patio area with seating for 10 and a built in barbecue. From there you can enjoy the beautiful landscaped gardens or enjoy a dip in the villa's private pool! The impressive gardens and garden walls offer excellent privacy and security.
With just a 10 minute drive into Puerto Banus and Marbella, it is a great base for which to relax and enjoy the sights of Andulucia, or the busy exclusive bars, restaurants and boutiques of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
The Costa del Sol region
The resort is most famous for its beaches, its glitzy ‘Golden Mile’ and the millionaire’s yacht marina at Puerto Banus. But there’s much more to Marbella. The coast line is wonderful for its beaches and watersports, but consider hiring a car and head in land for wonderful scenery and a taste of real Spanish life.
The nearby town of Estepona is worth a visit. This once tiny fishing and farming community is at the quieter end of the Costa Del Sol and has retained much of its pueblo charm. The town has managed to embrace modern tourism without surrendering its traditional Spanish character and appeal. It’s the perfect location for families.

"Home from home"
Had a great stay at Casa las pinas in Sept/Oct 2012. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance plus easy access to to the main highway for golf and away days. The villa itself is really well appointed set in a plot which is not overlooked. It was clean, bright and airy, well furnished with plenty of crockery cutlery and glasses plus 2 fridges so you are never short of space for keeping the beers and wine cool! Decent towels, hand soap and even facial tissues in all the rooms plus wifi all help to make the overall experience fuss free. Booking was a doddle, the team at Great apartments handled the whole tranaction in a highly professional manner and provided honest and useful information. Negatives? Well perhaps just the one, as Paul at Great apartments pointed out to me the local beach (about a 20 minute walk away) is nothing special but there are decent beaches with good facilities in the Cancilada area, about a 5 minute drive away.

We stayed at Casa Las Pinas in July this year (2011) with a group of friends and 2 children aged 10 and 14. The Villa was well maintained and stocked with everything necessary to make our holiday really enjoyable. The bedrooms are all lovely and the air conditioning in each bedroom was a real treat after the 30 degree temps of the day. The only thing we found a little bit of a pain was the depth of the pool....at 1.6m - 1.8m, not a lot of us could stand unaided, although having said that it never stopped us from using the pool and didn't stop us from having a great holiday. The location of this Villa is fantastic, it is only 20 mins on the local bus to the lovely beach at Estepona, and about 20 mins in the other direction to Puerto Banus. Also, when you walk out the door of the Villa you are only 5mins walk to a great selection of bars and restaurants. A jug of Sangria is a must from Lola's bar (2mins walk away)! We tried the local Indian, Chinese and English restaurants and they were all excellent. We never had a bad meal. Another must is take away Fish and Chips from Pegottys.....amazing, and the little cooked chicken shop where you can get the most delicious cooked chickens to take away comes very highly recommended. All in all this Villa was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.
