This is a three bedroom house with three bathrooms. The view is magnificent, even from the bathroom you can overlook the see and the harbour. Two of the bedrooms have balconies overlooking the sea, the third one is a french balcony and overlooks the inside yard. The large living room has its own balcony and at the top of the house you will find a terrace for sunbathing. The whole house is classy furnished, with original paintings and all you could possibly wish. The fully equipped kitchen is very complete and large. The views out of the house, which is built over three floors, are stunning. Directly in front of you the port with its incoming and outgoing traffic, the open sea and Gibraltar, from the roof terrace, the whole panorama of Estepona, the port and the mountains. The urbanization is small and very nicely built, well maintained with nice gardens and a large swimming pool with a view to the sea.

The Andalucia region

The Costa del Sol ("Sunny Coast" or more literally, "Coast of the Sun") is a region in the south of Spain, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, comprising the coastal towns and communities along the Mediterranean coastline of the Province of Málaga. The Costa del Sol is situated between two lesser known costas: Costa de la Luz and Costa Tropical. Formerly made up only of a series of small, quiet fishing settlements, the region has been completely transformed during the latter part of the 20th century into a tourist destination of world renown.

It includes the city of Málaga and the towns of Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, San Pedro de Alcántara, Estepona, Manilva, Casares, Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez-Málaga, Nerja, Frigiliana and Torrox. The Costa del Sol extends from the cliffs at Maro in the East to Punto Chullera in the west. Settlement in the region dates back to the Bronze Age, and has been colonised and ruled by many cultures such as the Phoenicians, Greeks, Carthaginians, Romans, Vandals, Visigoths and Moors, before the Reconquista.


The townhouse is on a popular urbanisation called the Belgravia Club. This is located about five minutes walk to the entrance of Estepona Port and the Marina. The urbanisation is gated and private parking is possible on a first come first served basis. The whole area has been nicely landscaped and provides plenty of Mediterranean plants and squares to walk through. There are two supermarkets close my. The Supersol is a short walk away plus the Opencor in the ort which is slightly more expensive but has longer opening houses and closed at 2am. Estepona is a good location when coming to the Costa del Sol as it is a pretty town and is a good central location from where you can drive up and down the coast for sight seeing purposes.
