Cristo Beach is a stunning location!! 3 beach front apartments with direct access to the beach from our private gardens & pool. Each apartment can sleeps up to 4 or 5. Ideal for Groups & Families, for beach, golf & sight seeing holidays in Andalucia. Cristo Beach is located on Spain’s Costa del Sol, on the coast just a 15 minute walk from the lovely Estepona Yatch Marina. There are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in the Marina area.
The old town of Estepona is approximately a 30 minute walk from the apartment, or you can take the bus into the old town from just outside the apartment. In the old town you will find shops, pavement cafes, beach bars, typically spanish restaurants and the old square where you can sit and watch the world go by.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
This area is very upmarket and not frequented by Package Tours. If you like package tour holdiays and do not like doing your own thing then Estepona is not the place for you!! Whilst Estepona is a lovely upmarket Spanish town the prices do not reflect the very expensive prices that you will find in Marbella & Puerto Banus.
* Cristo Beach is located on Spain’s Costa del Sol, on the coast between Estepona and Gibraltar
* Other activities include water park for the children, wild life park, riding, sailing, polo, diving, walking, culture and history
* If you do want to venture further afield then the Costa del Sol is a great location for visiting other parts of Andalusia or Southern Spain, such as the cities of Cadiz, Cordoba, Granada, Jerez de la Frontera, Malaga & Seville, and are all within easy reach and steeped in their own history and culture.

* Estepona Golf Club is 1km from the apartment. Estepona Golf course offers service and quality, and is "good value for money". Estepona is known for being the "friendliest" courses on the Costa. The course has beautiful natural surroundings, and is located at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja mountains. Estepona has a fabulous clubhouse with terraces offering spectacular views of the sea and the mountains.

FLY TO MALAGA - Various budget airlines fly into Malaga from most main European Airports.
Scheduled International Flights also fly into Malaga from most European Cities. If you need to fly internally from Madrid or Barcelona to Malaga then Span Air or Iberia offer a wide range of flights.
FLY TO GIBRALTAR - British Airways and Flymonarch have daily services from various London Airports
Car Hire recommendations available on request.
Cristo Beach is approximately a 40/50 minute drive from Malaga Airport & a 30 minute drive from Gibraltar Airport. From either airport it is really easy to find. We have excellent driving directions.

PAYMENT TERMS
1/ A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the full rental cost, PLUS UK£ 250 / E 300 Security Deposit is payable when confirming your reservation.
Payments for the deposits can be made by bank transfers in UK£ or Euros. Details will be supplied with the booking form.
Upon receipt of the cleared funds you will receive confirmation of your reservation & driving directions via e-mail
Your Security Deposit will be returned to you within 14 days by Internet Bank Transfer / Cheque, as soon as the apartment has been cleaned & checked..
3/ FINAL PAYMENT FOR YOUR HOLIDAY The balance for the apartment rental must be paid in Euros upon your arrival at the apartment.
Please make sure that you have sufficient Euros with you as the keys will not be released without payment
VERY IMPORTANT: Terms for the Security Deposit. Your Security Deposit will be returned within 14 days.
Upon your arrival this apartment will be spotlessly clean and without any damage. In order for your deposit to be fully refunded to you, we expect to find the apartment and the contents in the same condition when you leave.
Please note that lost keys & remote controls will be charged at €50 each, and if you have left the apartment in a disgusting state then you will be charged for additional cleaning at an hourly rate.
We are by no means suggesting that you have to do the cleaning, but ask that the apartment & its contents are treated with respect. We are sorry if this sounds harsh, but unfortunately this is a result of a very inconsiderate family.
Notes: If you have accidentally broken a cup, glass, plate or similar, kindly let Sheelagh know. You will not be charged for minor accidents, as not much that is dropped on the marble floor will "survive"!

August, 18th - 2 weeks Hi Kay, Sorry I've not replied sooner just having them post holiday blues!! Estepona was great and just how you described it. Sheelagh was great and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was very nice and we couldn't have asked for more. The Welcome Pack is a great touch and much appreciated. Didn't get to Gibraltar, but made it to Caseres and Rhonda both were really nice. Anyway thank you so much for enabling us to have a great time. I will certainly recommend to friends and family.
