Modern kitchen with all facilities incl. dishwasher, microwave, touch-pad 4-ring stove and oven, washing machine, etc. Large, white dining table seating 6 people. Newly refurbished bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, bath, shower and balcony towards the subtropical garden. The other 2 bedrooms have both two single beds. One with own balcony. These two bedrooms share newly refurbished bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and come with fitted wardrobes. On the top floor you can enjoy a large tiled roof terrace ideal for private sunbathing. The house has marble floors and white cool walls in- and outside. In the gardens surrounding the house, there is a beautifully shaped large pool and tennis court.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol enjoys 300 days of sunshine per year. Warm, dry summers and nice mild winters.
The Villa is ideally situated between San Pedro and Estapona 5-10 minutes drive in either direction, both providing excellent beaches and restaurants. Then there is Puerto Banus just 10 minutes away with its many port side bars, restaurants and international shopping. Marbella is 20 minutes away. Benahavis is 15 minutes up into the hills, a picturesque village perfect for a lazy lunch. The historical town of Rhonda is 35 minutes away, and Gibraltar is only 45 minutes drive.
The Estepona / Atalaya area
Located on the beach side of the New Golden Mile, you are only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Here you will find a four star hotel offering all watersports. children's playground, fitness centre and social events for the family every evening during the summer. On the beach you have the choice of 2-3 beach bars.
You will find several international restaurants, pubs (both Irish and football pubs), bars and Spanish cafés with tapas within walking distance. You can also walk to the local supermarket to do your shopping. It only takes you 5-10 minutes to go and get fresh bread and English newspapers every morning.
Estepona is 10 minutes away by car where you can find great long sandy beaches with numerous beach bars for drinks and lunch. The beaches have got the status of the EU blue flag meaning that they are clean and safe to use. The promenade provides many activities for the family.
You will find 5 golf courses within 5 minutes drive and over 50 in the region.

The rental rates are based on up to 6 people sharing the house. Water, linens, towels and changeover cleaning are all included in the rate. A 33% non-refundable reservation deposit is required on booking, with the balance due in full, 6 weeks before the arrival date. A security and fully refundable deposit of £200/€200 against damage is due at arrival. Rates after the periods specified are subject to an increase.
