If you wish only to relax simply enjoy the beautifully landscaped lush sub tropical gardens and spectacular views over the Mediterranean sea, and the mountains. There are three lovely swimming pools (including a toddler's pool) at the bottom of the apartment surrounded by palm trees and gardens. It looks the Nature and Safari Park where bathing hippopotamus, zebras, antelopes and other exotic animals can be seen.

For any of you who like to explore the spectacular city of Casares, Seville, Ronda and Gibraltar are within easy reach. And for the more adventurous, there is always the Ferry to Ceuta in Spanish Morocco. Visit the Souk, or book a Camel Ride in the Desert, or visit the Atlas mountains. Puerto Banus (10 minutes) for retail therapy and celeb-watching, and Marbella (15 minutes) for it's Casco Antiguo, promenade and wonderful range of cuisine.

Coast/Beaches:

The nearest beach is about 5 minutes' drive. Away from the main resorts like Marbella and Estepona, the beaches along this stretch of coast tend to be smaller and less commercialised, although there are numerous chiringuitos to be found. Heaven Beach, El Paraiso going east and El Velerin and Laguna Beach to the west, all within 5-10 minutes' drive, have their own special charms. Great beaches with good Chiringuito and terrific atmosphere.

Shopping:

The supermarkets like Carrefour in Estepona, or Mercadona or Supersol in Benavista offer a good range of groceries and fresh foods. The locals patronise the market in the old town in Estepona as well as the Wednesday market (on the outskirts). Good for fresh meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, clothing, textiles and souvenirs. There are numerous restaurants, banks and shops in Estepona and the other main towns.

Activities:

Aside from golf, the energetic visitor is well catered-for all year round, with well-marked hiking trails in the mountains and several tennis clubs for during the cooler months, and plenty of water-based activities for summer. Children will enjoy the Water Park, aquarium and Tivoli complex at Benalmadena and the animals at neighboring Selwo adventure park.

Local Markets:

Estepona about 5 minutes drive (Market day Wednesday), Marbella and Puerto Banus 10 minutes (Market day Marbella Monday) and Puerto Banus (Market Day Saturday).

Golf:

The Costa del Sol more commonly known as The Costa Del Golf is at the centre of Europe's golf courses. There are just some of the many courses nearby as well as our more local course 5 minutes away called La Resina golf and named after our apartment. La Resina 9-hole golf course, including driving range, practice ground and clubhouse with bar and free Wi-Fi zone (within 5 min walking distance from apartment). Green fees and charges for use of golf carts and the other club facilities are very reasonable, and you will not find better value within 100 Km. Several premier golf courses are within 10- 20 minutes' drive including Duquessa golf, Estepona golf, Valderama, La Quinta, San Roque, Las Brisas, Atalaya Park, Los Flamingos, Guadalmina, El Paraiso, La Quinta and several others.

Skiing:

Sierra Nevada and Sol Y Nieve about 2 hours drive away and you can ski in the morning and be on the beach in the afternoon. The most southerly resort in Europe. Heavy snow December to May.

The living room extremely specious and there are two double sofa bed in the living room that 2 people can comfortably sleep in each sofa bed (total of 4 people in two double sofa bed) . Therefore maximum of 8 people can be comfortably sleep in this apartment (obviously if the holiday maker wish to do so).

The apartment is managed by lovely English speaking couple from England (your neighbor two apartments on your left) who are very friendly and always willing to assist. They will meet you, showing you around the apartment and helping you if you got any questions.

The Costa del Sol region

Costa de Sol sitting comfortably between the sea and the mountains.The Costa del Sol is the sunshine coast and still one of Europe's primary holiday hot spots, enjoying an average of 320 days a of blue skies and sunshine each year. July and August can reach 40 degrees during the day, while the months of May, June, September and October offer a pleasant heat to suntan in the long sunny days. Even in winter the sunshine can be warm enough to sit outside and put on some cream. It has become the perfect location for golfers in summer and winter and is ideal for walkers as it offers trails and plenty of out door activity.

The Costa del Sol has something for everyone, beaches, mountains, hiking, theme parks, night life, various cuisine, history, culture, numerous street markets and plenty of Golf. Great for a romantic break or a family holiday – you can be as active or as relaxed as you wish.

The Costa del Sol is also an ideal family destination with many attractions and a wide selection of restaurants and plenty of wide golden beaches dotted with coves and rich blue sea. With the scent of Jasmine in the clear air you can enjoy a relaxing and invigorating holiday for you and your family.

Estepona

An extensive choice of beautiful beaches is just a short drive away - the ultra exclusive Laguna beach one of the very closest. The bustling, vibrant, high end town of Puerto Banus is a short 10 minute drive away.

Estepona is 5 minutes away by car and this bustling seaside town offers a busy beach with a wonderful long promenade with special play facilities for children There are many opportunities to eat and drink at your leisure and, when you are ready, you can shop in the local town where you will find everything from small local shops to designer clothes outlets.San Pedro is known as a farming community which offers real and untouched Spanish heritage.

Take a walk from the town and follow the beach front along the side walk which offers a wide range of shops cafes, bars and restaurants overlooked by the palm trees.

La Resina is close to so many places to visit. San Pedro is full of old style shops and tapas bars and Puerto Banus and Marbella just 10-15 minutes way. Peaceful beaches of the coast to practice endless water activities, or, where you can sit in a relaxing beach chiringita eating local tapas for lunch.

Marbella, is to the east with its chic boutiques and international restaurants, and the famous Puerto Banús with its marina and sophisticated night-life is only a short drive away. Estepona is to the west, with narrow streets, restaurants, marina and regular market. You will also want to visit the Aqua Park or Equestrian Centre both about 15 minutes drive.

There are many golf courses in the area and also tennis and bowls clubs nearby. And for the more adventurous, there is always the Ferry to Ceuta in Spanish Morocco. Visit the Souk, or book a Camel Ride in the Desert, or visit the Atlas mountains.Be sure to visit Benahavais and make time for a meal in one of its many restaurants. A gastronomic festival is usually held in June, and a village fair in mid August.

A 30 minute drive will take you to Gibraltar to ride on the cable car and see the apes. There is duty free shopping as well, but don't forget your passport!

Selwo Wildlife and Adventure Park, which is our back door, is open daily and is a three minute drive. It takes about four hours to go around. For children or just the young at heart, there is Aquapark in Torremolinos and Parque Acuatico in Fuengirola.

"Beautifully presented apartment"

The apartment is beautifully presented and is bigger than expected. The complex is maintained to a high standard, the pools are clean and both pools are very close to the apartment, one pool can be view from the terrace and garden.
A car is a most as the apartment is located of the main road between San Pedro and Estepona.
The owner Farshid is very accommodating and replies to queries quickly.

Thank you for your time and your kindness, I am glad you are enjoyed your holiday in this apartment. Your are (and families and friends are) welcome any time back in my apartment with good discount in price. Take care and keep in touch.

"Exceptional location and great property"

An amazing property with fantastic location . Apartments was furnitured at high quality , people who look after the property were very helpful and the owner is very kind and considerable person who can easy negotiate a price, he was in contact with us at all the times. It is the best location for families with kids and elderly people, the appartment is on ground floor and is ideal for small children and elderly people with very good gardening opening in the front of terrace , the apartment is massive and the front (sea view) and the back (mounting view) is astonishing . I definitely recommend this apartment for all my frieds and relatives because of the attitude and character of the owner , kind people who look after the property, location, wonderful pools, amazing view.
