Heaven beach is a further 1 Km down the coast if more activity and partying is required. The townhouse benefits from two communal pools, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with private garden leading to the communal gardens and pools, furnished including a gas barbecue to enable you to dine al fresco. With three twin bedrooms each en suite with jacuzzi baths, the townhouse is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

A great location for couples and families within private gated community.
Spacious sitting room open plan to dining area. Sliding patio doors provide access to ground floor terrace and private garden and each bedroom has sliding patio doors leading to their own terrace. All bedrooms have big wardrobes beautifully fitted, the master bedroom leads to a dressing room and en suite. Each of the en suites has a jacuzzi bath and the master bedroom en suite also has a separate shower. Fully fitted kitchen and utility room and a very large garage. Flooring is wooden and marble and air conditioning is available throughout. Master Bedroom has a safe. All brand new kitchen and utility room appliances are Siemens. 34 " HD flat screen TV with Satellite, a library of DVDs for your viewing and Bose Ipod Player. Gas bbq on terrace.

Costalita Urbanisation has a sports club with tennis courts (1 astroturf, 1 hardcourt), Club Bel Air is 5 minutes drive with 8 courts. The beach has two beach bars - Antigua Beach Club and Pepe's with several alternatives a 10 minute walk away. The community is accessed by remote control security gates or through locked pedestrian gates. A supermarket is within 5 minutes walk and a garage with convenience store is open 24 hours a days within 50 metres. The Hypermarket Carrefour is on the near side of Estepona about 10 minutes by car. The 5* Playabella Hotel is on the Costalita complex beside a Ritz Carlton beach bar and other 5* amenities.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa Del Sol is an all year-round destination enjoying mild winters on the coast and beautiful summers. Perfect for lovers of golf, sailing, water skiing, and skiing in the Sierrra Nevada. Visit Malaga, the capital of the Costa del Sol and second city of Andalucia. Within striking distance is Seville,Cordoba and a must is the Alhambra Palace at Granada about a 2hr drive away.
Costalita is in the new golden mile of the Costa del Sol,it has an enviable position being very centrally located,halfway between Malaga and Gibraltar both 40 mins away.
Gibraltar has many attractions,-Visit The Rock and the Barbary Apes, take a boat trip to see dolphins and whales or do some duty-free shopping in the ancient town.
For a very different day-out take the ferry to Tangiers and visit the souk!
Estepona- 10 min, Pretty old town, lovely beach and marina. Visit Selwo Safari Park.
Marbella- 20 min, Designer shops set amongst cobbled streets and squares in the Old town
Puerto Banus- 15 min, Glitzy boutiques, marina, bars and nightclubs.
San Pedro- 10 min, Spanish town with very long palm lined Esplanade and Beach.
Benhavis - 20 min, Spanish town in the hills, very picturesque.
The Estepona / Costalita area
Within 1 Km is Cancelada a small typical pueblo with Andalusian architecture and some excellent restaurants. Within 12 KM on either side of Costalita lie Estepona to the west and San Pedro to the east, both of which double as normal Spanish coastal towns and each also contains a marina with plenty of restaurants and bars. Inland from San Pedro lies Benahavis, nestling in the hills this little town has narrow cobbled streets hemmed in by whitewashed walls fronting Andalusian residences. The main square contains restaurants and bars. Slightly further up the coast and you come to Puerto Jose Banus, the world famous marina; spend a hour sitting at Sinatra's Bar people watching before strolling round admiring some of the finest yachts in the Mediterranean.
The Costa Del Golf has 65 golf courses and there are at least 8 within 20 minutes by car from Costalita. The best are Valderrama, San Roque and SotoGrande whilst there are championship courses - Los Flamingos, Guadalmina North and South and El Paraiso within 10 minutes. Travelling to Nueva Andalucia inland from Puerto Jose Banus you can play Los Naranjos (my favourite) Aloha and Las Brisas.
Within a 40 minute drive is Gibraltar where you can ascend the rock and see the Barbary apes whilst a further 15 minutes down the coast is Tarifa, a world class windsurfing and kite surfing resort.

Fly to Malaga, Jerez or Gibraltar airports. The Costalita Urbanisation is 40 minutes by car from Malaga and Gibraltar. Travel time from Jerez is xx minutes. I would recommend car hire and have used Europe car and Aurigacrown car hire, both very good customer service and clean well serviced cars. Taxi fare from Malaga is approximately 70 euros. Although once you're at the Urbanisation a car is not necessary. Bus transport from Malaga airport is excellent and reasonable, whilst taxi fare is approx 75 euros each way.
