The master bedroom is spacious with ample wardrobes, draw space and built in safe. Patio doors leads on to the south-facing balcony with stunning sea views. The bedroom has a luxury marble en-suite bathroom with full facilities including a jacuzzi bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The second twin bedroom has mountain views and also has ample built in storage space and twin beds that can be zipped together to make a second double bed. The adjacent main bathroom has full facilities including a separate jet-shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The kitchen is fully furnished to a high standard and has a separate utility area with washer-drier and sink.The kitchen has electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dish-washer and microwave and is supplied with ample crockery, pans, glasses etc.There is a toaster, kettle, and coffee-maker, and table and chairs to seat 4.
Private secure garage parking in the basement, and a lift is provided to the apartment.

Las Nayades Residential block
A luxury complex of 96 high quality apartments in a private gated complex, with 24-hour security and spacious gardens yet only 200m from the sea.The grounds have a large outdoor pool, a children's splash pool and a sun-bathing terrace with loungers. The grounds are planted with tropical plants and flowers and there are numerous water features including an artificial river and small waterfall adjacent to a practice putting-green.
Indoors is a second heated swimming pool in amazingly tranquil surrounds with hand-painted friezes on the walls, a jacuzzi/hot-tub, gym and separate male and female saunas and changing areas for the exclusive use of residents.

The Costa del Sol region


From Marbella to Estepona, La Duquesa and Casares, you can enjoy the Costa del Sol's exceptionally good Mediterranean weather, with average summer temperatures exceeding 25 degrees. The coastline, full of natural splendour, extends for 161 kilometres and its various beaches range from huge expanses of golden sand to hidden coves with secluded beaches.
With an average of more than three hundred cloudless days a year, there are endless hours to enjoy the beaches. It is never too cold for a swim as the sea has an average temperature of eighteen degrees. In August this can often rise above twenty-four.
The Costa del Sol has an excellent network of ports, including Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona and La Duquesa, which support a vast array of water sports and activities. You can hire all manner of boats, jet skis, water bikes or even large leisure cruisers for the day. It has also come to be known as the Costa del Golf in recent years, as the climate and the long hours of sunshine provide a perfect opportunity in which to practise the sport.
Nightlife, Adventure and more:
The leisure industry is one of the strongest and most attractive attributes of the Costa del Sol and it is known internationally as a tourist destination that can satisfy a visitor's every expectation.
Casinos: There are two high class establishments that are officially authorised, Casino Torrequebrada and Casino Marbella. All stakes are accepted and the most common forms of gambling are blackjack, roulette and the fruit machines.
At the Mijas Hipodromo you can watch and bet on races throughout the day and night at the weekly meetings. It has proved very successful in attracting the attention of the main jockeys and stables from Spain and abroad.
Bullfighting: The traditional time for this celebration of Spanish culture is at seven in the evening, but it occasionally occurs during the night. There are usually six bulls with each performance lasting twenty minutes and the duration of the bullfighting is just over two hours.
Ports and Marinas: The popular ports and marinas on the Costa del Sol, including Puerto Banús, Marbella and Estepona attract thousands of visitors of all ages.
Nightclubs: In the tourist areas of the Costa del Sol there is a wide range of discos and nightclubs, from small and popular venues to luxurious superclubs. The licensing laws in Spain allow clubs to remain open until very late.
Cinema and Theatre: There are nine theatres in the Costa del Sol. The times and dates of performances can vary, but normally there will be a few shows running at any one time of the year. Cinemas can be found in every town in the Costa del Sol.
Concerts: The level of tourism in the Costa del Sol is such that famous international artists can put on large concerts. The Rolling Stones, Dire Straits, Julio Iglesias, Tina Turner, Michael Jackson and George Michael have played here in the past.
Beautiful landscapes and Rural tourism
The uneven landscape of Málaga is one of the key reasons why there is such a variety of natural environments in such a small area. The Costa del Sol is actually one of the most mountainous regions in Spain with high sierras, luxuriant valleys and streams, and thriving wetlands.
Rural tourism has experienced extraordinary growth in recent years, due to increasing environmental concerns and the interest in conserving and protecting natural areas and rural locations. These areas are ideal for excursions, mountain bike tours or hiking. However, more and more people visit these areas in order to discover the flora and fauna as well as to deepen their knowledge of the culture and the traditions.
The Estepona / Cabo Bermeja area
Cabo Bermeja and the Guadalmansa resort is a truly luxurious area, a tranquil oasis, yet only a few minutes drive from the hussle and bussle of Puerto Banus and Marbella, a ten minutes drive from the mountain gastronomic centre of Benahavis, and only 30 minutes from Gibraltar.Las Nayades is only 200m fro the sea, and adjacent to the World famous Las Dunas hotel (one of the top 100 hotels in the world). Within a few minutes walk of a fine delhi-bistro, Heaven beach bar and the locally renowned Tikitano restaurant.There is plenty to keep you busy including an abundance of fine golf courses, water sports, Selwo safari park, Whale watching, kite-surfing and plenty of good restaurants and beaches.

The apartment is 50mins drive from the airport where car hire is fast and cheap- www.es-car-hire.com; detailed directions will be sent with the booking but the apartment is easy to find off the main highway between Malaga and Gibraltar.
Alternatively you can fly to Gibraltar and the apartment is a 45minute drive off the main road to Malaga
You can easily get to the apartment by taking a transfer coach from the airport to Marbella, and then a second coach can drop you directly outside the apartment.
