The apartment is are brand new and is set out over two floors. There are 3 bedrooms, the master en suite, and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully fitted and all glasses and crockery are supplied with a microwave, toaster, kettle and large fridge freezer plus dishwasher to complete the home from home feeling. The living room and dining room look out onto nice views including the sea. All linen and towelling is supplied on a weekly basis and extra sets are available for each room.
The apartment is designed to relax in after the hard day at the beach. The views of the nearby Sierra Bermaia are breathtaking from the garden patio whilst enjoying that well earned glass of wine. There are several pools on this private complex that are there to be used art any time during your stay. A private underground car park is also there for your convenience.
There are also several golf courses in the area including the Estepona Golf Course just 500 meters away. The ‘Albayt’ health and fitness club is a 5 minute walk away and boasts everything from Skin treatments to personal training. There is also paddle tennis and a driving range. To warm up for that all important round of golf there is a 3 hole course and pro shop within the club.
The bar and restaurant boast an extensive terrace to sit and enjoy Spain over an elegant meal or just a café and sandwich.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The region of Andalucia is renowned for it's historic beauty and places of interest. There are plenty of tours that can be enjoyed from any of the ports along the coast. If sightseeing is your fancy then it would be hard to beat the trip inland to Ronda. The roman bridge over the gorge is a wonder to behold and the history of the fate of prisoners held within the bridge plays on the imagination. Most established towns in the region have there own piece of history and a moment on the web may give you further ideas for your trip. Gibraltar is only a short drive away but remember that the ‘Rock’ is littered with the property of tourists that fall foul to the monkeys quick hands.
There are fantastic mountain ranges surrounding the Costa and the closest is known as Sierra Bermeja. It is a national park and is 5,000ft, at the summit. A taverna offers refreshments to prepare you for your return.
Estepona / Costa Galera area
For those with an avid interest in golf, there is the professional Estepona golf course situated a 500 metres away. Golf clubs are available to hire from the pro shop within the country club itself, and a range of green fees are listed at reception for numerous courses located in the area, including the P.G.A tournament course at Valderrama.
For the night life Estepona offers a variety of bars and restaurants. There are numerous night clubs and Puerta Banus with its exclusive life style is only 15mins away.
How to get there
Easyjet and Ryanair have very reasonable flight prices to Malaga but booking early helps keep the cost down. Remember luggage allowance so at to avoid costs at the check in.
Car hire is easily completed on line and prices vary depending on the car type but again a little research will pay dividends.

A deposit will be required for breakages and items mislaid, this is refundable upon a post rental inspection and inventory check.
A deposit to secure your booking is also required so as to ensure that no- one is disappointed when the peak seasons periods are being sought after. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
