Costalita Gold Villa is located just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, between Puerto Banus and Estepona. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Marbella and Estepona the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from a large shared pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with stunning garden views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. A further 4 terraces - furnished with sun loungers - allow amazing views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, as well as being ideal for sun bathing. With 4 double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
The open plan gardens are beautifully maintained and are a lovely backdrop to the stark whiteness of the buildings. There is a large swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and grass verges for sun bathing.

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.

*The historic towns of Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz and Granada, with the famous Alhambra Palace are just over 2 hours or so, you can arrange excursion trips in Fuengirola.

A day trip to Morocco is possible, to visit the ancient town of Tangiers. A hydrofoil takes you from Algeciras about 90 minutes away direct to the port of Tangiers, where you can visit the markets, take in the atmosphere and buy some very reasonably priced rugs!
Take a trip or drive to Gibraltar. It’s about 35 minutes by car. Once there you can get some duty free (very cheap) and visit the Barbary apes by taking the Cable Car up the rock.
Visit Sierra Nevada about a 2 hour drive away, but well worth the drive. Beautiful scenery with excellent skiing conditions in the winter and lovely mountain walks in the summer.

Fly to Malaga or Gibralta airports.The house is equidistant from the two. Malaga does however have more options. BMI, Easyjet and other budget airlines fly to Malaga as well as Britsh Airways (GB Airways). The house is about 40 minutes from Malaga and I recommend that you take the toll road to Estepona. (Cost about €6 as two tolls have to be passed through.
All that you need to follow is AP7/A7/N340 to Algerciras. Do not go to Malaga town.
In terms of car rental, search carjet.com for a comparison of all local companies, you can usually get a good deal on this web site.
