Superb Location; the townhouse is just two minutes walk to the Old Town of Estepona; one of Andalucias most beautiful, historic and charming towns with beautiful floral plazas, winding cobbled streets, elegant shops supermarkets and a wide choice of restaurants, attractive cafes and tapas-bars.
The house is less than 5 minutes walk to La Rada a Blue Flag (2011) sandy beach with fresh showers childrens playgrounds and many shoreline chiringuitos or restaurant and tapas bars. Numerous fiestas, processions, carnivals and ferias (fairs) together with many free performances at Esteponas new cultural centre offers you a taste of real Spain.
Use our friendly, helpful and reliable (English driver) Meet and Greet service from Malaga or Gibraltar airports to enjoy a care-free and less expensive holiday. Ideal for families, couples or friends and without the need for car-hire.
This original south facing house has been stylishly renovated and newly decorated. It has a fabulous and private roof terrace that catches the sun all day complete with sun-loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. Uniquely, the terrace has its own fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ and shaded canopy over a large teak dining table with comfortable carver chairs allowing you to spend as much time as you like enjoying good food and wines, an oasis of calm.
Quiet and peaceful the house is a spacious and especially comfortable home from home that sleeps up to 6 guests together with a travel cot and bedding for a child (up to 85cms) highchair, nursery and beach equipment. The large lounge has a sofa, a pullout double sofabed, Sky TV with all free-view channels, family video library, CD and DVD players. It opens on to a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, study-library and a small patio with separate washroom.
On the first floor is a family bath/shower room and choice of two bedrooms; an intimate and restful double bedroom with built-in wardrobes. Opposite is a large airy bedroom with wide twin beds, built-in wardrobes and French doors opening on to veranda’s giving a views down to the town.
After a delightful day strolling around the old town, exploring an historic city, being on the beach, or visiting attractive whitewashed villages surrounding Estepona. Enjoy a memorable evening dining al-fresco under the stars on the large private roof terrace with its own fully fitted kitchen and gas BBQ.
Alternatively, spend time on the terrace, relaxing, reading or chilling out on a sun lounger enjoying day-long sunshine, privacy and able to fix food and drinks whenever the mood takes you.
There are excellent supermarkets (Mercadona and SuperSol) within walking distance and a large Carrefour hypermarket at the beginning of the seafront promenade through Estepona. Close to the house are mini supermarkets, butchers, a chemist and a hot bread shop at the beginning of the road.

Your Holiday Home
The main rooms throughout the house have both Mosquito screens for your protection and ceiling fans for comfort. All windows are double glazed for quiet and have Venetian blinds to help keep the house cool through the summer and warm through the wintertime and there is independant heating throughout the house.
On the first floor there's a choice of a comfortable and inviting double bedroom with built-in wardrobe or a large twin bedroom also with built-in wardrobes for your use. The large twin bedroom has double glazed French doors opening on to small balconies with views overlooking the town. There is a Travel cot plus separate mattress (for a child under 85cm) soft sheets, high-chair & table and a selection of toys.
The first floor also has a separate bathroom with a full bath with a shower mixer unit, bidet, shaver points, w/c, and a vanity unit with an illuminated mirror fronted cabinet above it.

The private and spacious roof terrace which attracts the sun from morning to dusk is ideal for reading, relaxing, sunbathing and al-fresco dining from breakfast to supper. It has sun-loungers, its own self-contained kitchen with a gas BBQ and is fully equipped for guests complete with a shaded canopy over the large dining table and comfortable carver chairs.
The emphasis is on relaxation, comfort and romance in this very well equipped and welcoming townhouse in Estepona. The house is in a quiet one-way street off Calle Terraza in Estepona’s charming and picturesque historic quarter. Perfect location for relaxing on the beach, Country walks or Town living with easy access to the whole of the atmospheric “old town” with orange blossom plazas, cobblestone walkways, elegant shops, good restaurants, and tapas bars. The townhouse is cleaned before each visit and fresh bed-linen, towels & tea towels included on a weekly basis together end of stay cleaning. Additional cleaning can be arranged locally. Please bring your own beach towels.
Please smoke outside the house in the ground floor patio and on the roof / sun terrace.
Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday price is payable at the time of booking. A security deposit of £200 or 200 euro's to paid along with the final balance, which is due 12 weeks prior to the departure date. We aim to return the security deposit within 10 working days following safe receipt of the front door key.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol is probably the Mediterraneans most famous coast in the world. Enjoying over 320 days of sunshine per annum it can practically be considered an all year holiday destination. With its miles of sandy beaches, beautiful rocky coves and inlets along the coast it offers a wealth of relaxing opportunities. Also know as Costa del Golf it has over a dozen golf-courses ranging from the spectacularly sited to the European championship course at Valdarama.
Just a few miles inland the Andalusian region offers stunning scenery, from the Pueblos Blanco’s or White Villages of Casares, (30 mins) Gaucin (45 mins) and Jubrique (60 mins) that cling to the hills and mountainsides. The historic cities of Ronda (1hr) Grenada (2.5 hr) and the Alhambra and the Mezquita and Alcazar at Seville (2 hrs). Nearby towns are rich with the architecture and culture of bygone civilizations. It is a land steeped in history; a land of passion, wonderful food and wines, friendly people and flamenco.
Glorious weather and so much to do:
Surrounding the villa are open spaces, natural areas and nature reserves. Los Reales Natural Park (30 mins by car) offers: hiking, bird watching and mountain cycling. Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, (90 min) which was declared a Biosphere Reserve by the UNESCO and is one of the last European protected reserves.
Selwo Nature Park (15 mins) is a fascinating adventure in contact with nature. The park covers 100 hectares and is home to more than 2.000 animals from the five continents. The animals live in liberty recreating the animal's natural habitat. Visitors are taken on a four-hour tour, on foot and in four-wheel drive trucks.
The Straits of Gibraltar (90 mins) provide one of the best vantage points for whale and dolphin watching. The Straits are one of the great natural land bridges of the world and have a continual passage of whales and dolphins passing between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic.
The Estepona / Estepona Old Town area
The house is in a quiet one-way street off Calle Terraza in Estepona’s charming and picturesque historic quarter. Perfect location for relaxing on the beach, Country walks or Town living with easy access to the whole of the atmospheric “old town” with orange blossom plazas, cobblestone walkways, elegant shops, good restaurants, and tapas bars and nearby is free 24/7 Wi-Fi internet access.
A short walk from the house is a delightful baker and patisserie, closeby are excellent supermarkets of Mercadona & SuperSol. Estepona has a daily market with garden-fresh fruits & vegtables, locally caught fish and a wide variety of seafood. A walk along the seafront promonade or a short drive takes you to the large French Carrefour hypermarket with superb selection of fresh foods, commodites, wines, beers and spirits. Every Wednesday there is a large and colourful fresh produce market with local artisan arts and crafts. On Sundays there is also a craft fair in the Marina.
Should you be interested in golf there are several golf courses including two championship courses within a 25 minute drive. A selection of well priced quality courses that are within easy reach of the accommodation are Estepona - Miraflores – Alhaurín – Lauro – Parador & Mijas.
There are also some of the most well established and well known courses on the Costa del Sol that will test all abilities including: - Mijas - Rio Real - Santa Maria & La Cala.
However, probably the best golf courses in Europe today within easy reach of the townhouse. These would provide you with the ultimate golfing holiday! - Valderrama - Sotogrande - San Roque & Santa Clara.
The Sierra Nevada mountain range is 1.5 / 2 hours away by car. It is one of the highest and the most southerly mountain ranges in Europe. It also provides a unique opportunity to ski and sunbath on the same day. There is skiing tuition for beginners. Situated in the same area are the famous and World Heritage sites of Seville, Cordoba and at Granada the fabulous Alhambra Palace.

We have an excellent transfer service available for your use. Estepona is situated between Gibraltar (45k) and Malaga (80k) International Airports. Our English driver is friendly and reliable and will meet you at your arrival airport, and transfer you directly to the house. They will also discuss and agree a suitable time to collect you for your return journey.
Many budget airlines including Easyjet, BA, Monarch Air Ryan Air and Aer Lingus fly into Malaga and Gibralta International airports. Delta airlines flys into Malaga airport from the USA. Should you prefer not to drive in Spain our transfer service is reliable and friendly and will save you the cost of expensive car hire.

The town-home proved very comfortable for the five of us for the week as we happily explored the charms of Estepona, Gibraltar, Casares, Granada and Ronda.
Its location in the old town is terrific for walking about. Your lovely townhouse is very well-equipped indeed, and we had no difficulty operating the appliances in the kitchen or the entertainment equipment in the sitting room.
