We are located between 2 luxury hotels.. The Estepona Palace H10 and the Elba Hotel and Thelaso Spa-easily accessible from the N340, 25 meters away.
The Spa Centre at this luxurious hotel can be used by non- hotel guests-( located just 400 meters away) and they offer a range of deliciously relaxing treatments! For prices please visit the spa or refer to their website.
Our 1st floor apartment has a cosy feel to it and includes a lot of home comforts to make you feel right at home.Best thing of all, it 's on the beach!
Surrounding the apartment building there are lawned gardens,palm trees, promenade,free community parking, outdoor swimming pool and children´s pool and direct access to a quiet sandy beach.
Ideally suited for 4-5 people (2 x couples or a family with a baby ) looking for a relaxing,beachside holiday-home away from town center.
The apartment offers:
-2 double bedrooms(2 x double beds, or 1 double bed and 2 single beds) with double glazing , mosquito-nets on windows & full length mirrors.
-Wooden cot/ bedding.
-1 Bathroom with bath,shower, toilet and sink.
-Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar ( gas and electric oven)grill,microwave, fridge-freezer,washing machine,toaster,kettle, ice machine , blender, toastie maker etc.
-Large lounge , marble flooring with views of the Mediterranean sea with a south-facing balcony overlooking the beach, pool, gardens, marina and Africa(on a clear day!).Seating for 5 with reclining chair, table for 4, large coffee-table.Various lamps and candles.
-Office desk and adjustable chair,printer, WiFi station..ideal for those on a working holiday..!
-Telephone can be connected for free local/ national calls, and to receive international, national/local calls at an additional 10 euros per week...
-Balcony has 2 chill- out chairs & table/ 2 chairs. Or larger table and 4 chairs for 4 people
-Hallway with security front door and intercom access system.
Electricity is charged separately on winter lets( 1st October- 1st April) at 20 cents/ kwh, and normally costs between 8 15 euros per week. Meter reading done
Other dates:-Basic Electricity included in the rental fee of up to 10 euro per week. (Over consumption is charged to the guest/ taken from deposit.)
2 x Bottles of gas included in the rental fee.

Large private well-lit parking area for the Urbanization residents and holiday makers- for approx 40 cars.
Lawned gardens, promenade, and direct beach access. Outdoor water taps, and toilets.
Restaurant on site ( 10 meters away) and 2 others just across the bridge.. so all a 3 min walk away!
Large swimming pool and kiddies splash pool surrounded by grass and sheltered area. This is open during the summer season and is decided by the urbanization committee .
However there is a municipal indoor pool, sauna and gym in Estepona town,which is ideal to keep fit during the winter season, when outdoor swimming might be a bit too cold for you!.
Domestic pets - considered
We will consider short 4 day bookings, when we have empty dates between bookings.
Available for holiday lets and long term winter lets.
Smoking permitted on the balcony.

The Costa del Sol region
Estepona is located on the western costa del sol, about an hour's drive from Malaga airport, and 30 mins from Gibraltar airport.
Estepona is a seaside fishing resort and has retained its quaint white-washed village charm.
Warm climate with a lovely sea-breeze makes it the ideal resort to be granted "European city of sport" status for 2013 !!
Estepona remains a very traditional Andalucian town, with white washed houses and narrow streets in the old quarter of town.. It holds several local and religious festivities and fairs throughout the year..
Beautiful blue flagged and safe beaches, water sports, fishing and boat trips attract thousands of visitors each year, But only a few km's inland, there are several traditional white washed villages to explore.(www.thewhitevillage.com)

My partner and I stayed here for a month. We found it very easy to book the apartment and the directions given from the airport were perfect.
On arrival we got a big surprise because the photos on line don't do the apartment justice! The apartment was much bigger than expected. It was bright and very clean. The kitchen was very modern and the bedrooms were spacious and had loads of wardrobe space. The balcony is amazing overlooking the beach and pool... We loved waking up to the sounds of the waves in the mornings.
The beach and surrounding area is quiet and relaxing along with a friendly vibe. We recommend hiring a car as we had one for the month and we used it a lot.
Overall we loved everything about the apartment and the area. Maya and Rafa are lovely people and they thought of every little thing that someone would need on a holiday. We can't thank them enough.
We highly recommend this apartment.

"one minute stroll from the Mediterranean"
I spent a pleasant and relaxing 10 days in the apartment which is ideally situated only yards from a quiet beach. Fantastic views of Africa. Large swimming pool with plenty of shady trees for a quiet read and a thoughtful welcome pack of bread, cheese, fruit, wine and other essential items.
The apartment was clean, well - furnished and had a homely feel to it.
There are 2 supermarkets nearby..10 and 20 mins walk away which was very convenient.
Do hire a car as there are so many places to visit.......mountains.. plains...rivers...Moorish castles and of course white villages and the further inland you venture the roads are almost empty of traffic! If you enjoy rummaging for bargains,do visit the enormous open-air car-boot sale and market in Sabinillas (10 minutes away by car).
