Come and live the dream. Super frontline golf villa overlooking the 18th tee, so NO golf balls flying in our garden ! Close to Club House. Magnificent views over golf course to the Bermeja mountain, all bedrooms overlook the swimming pool,oasis style garden, with gas BBQ. Sky TV, DVD players, CD players.Lots of books, games and DVDs to make your holiday as active or as relaxed as you want.

Fantastic custom designed swimming pool in oasis setting. Outside Covered bar/dining area. The swimming pool and garden area all lights up at night. Sun loungers and dining tables. Gas BBQ. The large swimming pool 9 metres by 4 metres - depth 1.2 to 1.5 metres has steps into it for safety. Enclosed garden NOT overlooked. The garden gets the sun all day, has breathtaking views of the mountain over golf course, with the 18th tee at the rear of garden we have never had any golf balls flying in so you can relax and feel safe !

The Costa del Sol region

Costa Del Sol - Coast of sunshine. 15 minutes from the celebrity hot spot of Puerto Banus, Marbella and luxury shopping. The world famous Valderama Golf Course is 15 minutes drive away. British owned Gibraltar with the famous Barbarian Apes is 20 minutes away. For families there are several Theme Parks, Tivoli World, Selwo Wildlife Safari Park, Selwo Marine Park, Mijas Aqua Park, The Crocodile Park and Fuengirola Zoo, If you've had enough sun the Cinema in Puerto Banus shows up-to-date English films and there is a Ten Pin Bowling Alley in the La Canada complex in Marbella. There are also Casinos and many Museums. Every area has a market held on a specific day. The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is a 2 hours drive away, where you can hire equipment. Duquesa is another lovely Port only 5 km away where there are some excellent restaurants. Major Supermarket only 1 mile from villa.

You can pick up FREE Newspapers. The News on a Wednesday, Euro Weekly News on a Thursday and SUR in English on a Friday. These papers list whats happening out and about and could help you enjoy your holiday to the full.

The Estepona / Estepona Golf Course area

The villa is on the prestigious 18 hole Estepona Golf Course. www.esteponagolf.com/ The bar and restaurant is superb and open all day, enjoy sitting on the large patio with beautiful views. The Golf Course has discounts for booking a week, 2 weeks or a months golf. Estepona has the Blue Flag beach La Rada . There is a Craft Market in the Port on Sunday mornings and also a Market at the Feria (Fair) Ground on a Wednesday morning. The Port of Estepona has a great selection of bars and restaurants overlooking the marina . The Bull Ring has bullfights but it is also used to host music concerts throught the summer months. Sabinillas 5 minutes away has a large market Sunday mornings turn right at the Lidl Supermarket Roundabout. When leaving Malaga airport keep close to the San Miguel Brewery on your right and take
the right slip road for Cadiz, keep in right hand lane, approx 1 mile ( look for Casa Paco)
Take right hand slip road to Benalmadena/Cadiz (big BMW showroom on right).
You are now on the A7, go on the Toll road all the way to Estepona as there are major road works at St.Pedro.
Drive through 2 lots of toll booths, Take the 153 Turn off (do NOT go on the toll road) head towards Algeciras/Cadiz, You drive down a hill with warehouses up on your left, at the rondabout (Estepona on it) go straight over and then straight over the next roundabout. On your right there is a Mercadona Supermarket take the next right hand turn opposite the Fuerte Hotel and Spa or the next sharp right hand turn (200 metres) for Estepona Golf.
Drive up steep hill to Estepona Golf clubhouse. 400 metres further on take the right-hand turn Into Avenida de los Escritores where you will arrive at Villa No. 8 and once inside this will be the start of your most pleasurable holiday ever . Villa is 20 minutes from Gibraltar Airport - Head towards Malaga on the E15 turn off at junction 133 Torreguadiaro / sotogrande then head for Estepona.

We had a great holiday, the villa was a lot bigger than we thought with great decor. The garden with the outside
bar and pool were fantastic we felt like millionares sitting out there at night, we have booked for next year and

We had a brilliant time the villa was fantastic we couldn't fault anything about it the location was great so easy to visit so many places. Our favourite part of your villa was the outside bar area we spent most of our time sitting there. Our 4 year old grandson absolutely loved the pool, and at night sitting outside the lighting and the view was really impressive, fabulous. We have been holidaying in villas for the past 10 years and this has got to be one of our favourites,also Phil looked after everything brilliantly and gave us lots of info which we found very usefull.
