Bahia de la Plata is a high-end, luxury, private and secluded brand-new urbanization on the beachfront, with a direct access to the promenade and the beach. The property has a modern architecture with excellent qualities. It has lavish tropical gardens with decorative lighting, two illuminated outdoor pools, a covered heated pool and a hydro-massage pool (ideal for winter breaks). The residence has a gym, an illuminated paddle court with glass walls and a clubhouse.


The apartment is a luxurious and slick designer 2-bedroom apartment with a total area of 135 m2 including a stylish 35 m2 partly wood-covered terrace with decorative lighting. The apartment has a stunning landscape sea-view preceded by a view on gorgeous tropical gardens.

The apartment has unique high-end features: marble on the floor, electric blinds, centralized touchscreen-controlled domotic system, fully installed air conditioning hot/cold, under-floor heating throughout the apartment, hydro-massage bathtub and fixed glass sinks in the main bathroom, hydro-massage shower and fixed glass sinks in the second bathroom. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with top-notch Siemens electro-domestics: vitro-ceramic stove with four hot plates, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and other refined kitchen appliances (including a Nespresso coffee machine) and cutlery.

The apartment was decorated with so much passion that we almost want to keep it to ourselves. The apartment will hopefully seduce you with its slick, refined, sophisticated and modern interior that we believe is in total harmony with the modern style of the residence.

The apartment also has free WIFI and free designated parking slot in a secured garage with remote controlled automatic doors. The apartment is equipped with LED Smart TV with over 50 international TV channels and a home cinema Blu-Ray / DVD player.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking. It is equipped with smoke detectors in the kitchen, living room and bed rooms. Smoking is only allowed in the terrace.

Security: The residence is private and security controlled with 24/7 security booth. The apartment is equipped with an alarm system, a door station, a fixed safe in the master bedroom and an optical peephole in the entrance door.

Sun, sea and entertainment

In the Costa del Sol, tourists have lots of things to do, for instance, go out to the nicest recreational parks. Most of them are conveniently located close to the beaches, seafront promenades and marinas that festoon the coastline. In the Costa del Sol you can literally hover over a fun park in a cable car or try your luck in a casino with vistas of the Mediterranean Sea. The other nickname of the Costa del Sol is the Costa del Golf as there are not less than 54 gold courses along the coast. Last but not least, there are three water parks and even a racecourse, plus a dozen go-kart circuits and four zoos and animal parks.


The residence is situated a few minutes walk (on a wonderful sea-facing promenade) from the authentic city of Estepona with its with its lively marina, its white washed buildings, pretty squares and traditional shops, cafés, restaurants, tapas bars full of the kind of Spanish charm one would expect, ideal for a family excursion. The more sophisticated Puerto Banus is only 12 km away with its lively and slick nightlife, while Marbella is only 17 kms away. “Party” people can find refined bars and restaurants in the famous 5 star Kempinski hotel or at the Laguna Village (with its very slick Puro Beach club), which are both a few meters away from the residence. All types of amenities (grocery stores, supermarket, restaurants, fast food, pharmacy…) are at a walking distance from the residence. Many sporting activities are available nearby, especially the famous Costa del Sol equestrian school and many golf courses. Malaga Airport is located 60 km from the property.
