Once you enter this 9 bedroom, gated villa you will feel the stresses depart and the fun times start – Your holiday has started.
The courtyard offers covered parking for 2 cars and spaces for 4/5 more. Past the fountain and into the villa will leave you breathless. On the ground floor to the left is the spacious kitchen and dining room. The dining room as access to the living room and also to the covered terrace for al fresco dining with a gas BBQ. On the opposite side of the villa are 2 bedrooms. 1 is en-suite with terrace access leading out to a tranquil “reading” area.
The spacious living room takes up the centre of the villa. It has a homely feel and the winter periods very cosy with a workable fire. Off the main living room is a small indoor “reading” area.
When you aren't wanting cosy or homely, keep on walking through the living room and onto the terrace. This terrace is almost the length of the house. To the left is the covered dining and the right the “reading” area with the middle allowing for total relaxation over a jug or 2 of sangria. It is cool, modern and chic with views of the wonderfully large swimming pool and huge garden complete with lemon and orange trees.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, 1 en-suite and all have terrace or balcony access. There are 3 bedrooms in the basement in the basement with direct access to the garden. Also in the basement is a pool table and dance studio.

The Andalucia region
The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's mild climate is the root attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round.
The whitewashed villages of Andalucia are impressive historical monuments in themselves, and their people still live according to age-old traditions, inherited from their Iberian, Roman and Moorish forefathers.
Many of the villages near the coast have become fashionable resorts, while still conserving their ancient charm, whereas others, lost in the highlands of Andalucia, remain rough and ready olive-farming towns, with a special appeal for the adventurous travellers.
Some of the best villages to explore are only half a day's car ride from the Costa del Sol, including Casares, Gaucin, Manilva, Benahavis, Istan, Ojen, Monda, Coín and Tolox.
From Guadalalmina to Cabopino, the Marbella coastline stretches along some 26 kilometres of sunny beaches bathed by the Mediterranean and where you can enjoy traditional fish and seafood favourites like sardines on a spit, fried fish and the incomparable paella. There are also two large parks in Marbella which provide some welcome shade to spend some time with a book.
The amphitheatre at Constitution Park (once the garden of a private residence) is frequently used for concerts and plays in the summer. Casinos, clubs and just about every sporting activity under the sun, few places can match Marbella for world class tennis, sailing and golf. There are also three pleasure craft harbours here.
The holiday home has the added bonus of being close to a wealth of golf, recreational and cultural activities, making your holiday one of excitement and relaxation.
A short drive to the New Golden Mile reveals two supermarkets and plenty more restaurants. Also close by is Laguna village and of course miles upon miles of beaches. The nearest towns are San Pedro and Estepona. Both towns have managed to remain unspoilt and still preserve their Spanish identity. It is a true slice of traditional Spain, the locals are friendly and the predominant language you hear is Spanish. It is quite popular with holidaymakers who enjoy mingling with the locals in the Central Plaza (San Pedro) or Plaza Naranja (Estepona) dunking churros in thick chocolate for breakfast, sampling tapas or simply cooling off at an ice cream parlour, with the kids running around.
