Guadalmansa Playa is a small, luxurious development comprising of only 38 beachfront apartments. Situated along the 'New Golden Mile' between Marbella and Estapona lies this 5 star apartment set in landscaped gardens that surround the large pool and leads onto the beautiful sandy beach.

Guadalmansa Playa is set in a tranquil location but only a couple of minutes to San Pedro and
less than 10 minutes drive to the world famous Puerto Banus if you want to experience glitzy restaurants and bars. You can take the sun in all day long sitting on the wrap around terrace or venture down to the pool and beach for total relaxation. The apartment has all the modern appliances with the smart system at your service. The complex has 24hr security with electric gates, underground parking, gym, pool and sauna.

The complex is only new and the apartment has been furnished in a contemporary style to a very high standard. There is marble flooring through out the apartment with underfloor heating in the bathrooms for a soft,comfy feel on your feet. There are 2 double walk-in showers and a spa bath in the master for you to sit back and relax in. The kitchen is fully euipped with siemens appliances and has all the necessary bits and pieces for a self catering holiday.

The private terrace has a good entertainment areaand has superbs view on the sea, beach,pool and manicured gardens.

Conditions

400 Euros for bond and returned within 10 days of departure.

25% deposit on booking. Balance due 6-8 weeks before holiday unless booked in shorter time frame. Payments by bank transfer or cheque if preferred.

Linen, towels and beach towels included, cleaning service free of charge.

Discounts can be arranged for extended stays.

The Costa del Sol region

There is over 300 days of sunshine a year on the costa del sol which is why you are virtually guaranteed a pleasant holiday. There are plenty of activities to do with the kids with a host of theme parks less then 30 mins drive away.

The Estepona / Guadalmansa Playa area

This part of costa del sol is a great place to unwind as you are in a peaceful and quiet area you will not be disturb with the party goers but you are still within short reach (within 10 min to marbella, Puerto Banus & Estepona) to enjoy a good night out with friends or family.

There are over 20 golf courses within a 45 minute drive. So take your pick.
