A light and airy apartment situated on the first floor of a two storey block. The bedrooms, en suite and main bathroom have recently been totally refurbished to a high standard, and the living room has been partially refurbished with new dining and lounge furniture.
The balconies look out onto trees, with partial sea and mountain views. It is situated in a quiet corner of the urbanisation, yet is close to all amenities - there is an excellent supermarket within 5/10 minute walk to cater for all your needs (open 9.00 am – 9.00 pm) and two Blue Flag beaches are close by: Playa del Cristo beach is opposite (5/10 mins walk) and Playa del Rada (approx 15/20 mins walk). Both beaches have beach bars, shade and showers with lifeguards in attendance in season
Situated on Seghers Urbanisation to the west of Estepona, the area is renowned as being one of the most beautiful in Estepona. From the apartment the town is within walking distance (approx 20/25 mins) where there is a bus station serving many local and long distance destinations. Estepona Port is also within walking distance (approx 10/15 mins) and is ideal for the evening with many restaurants and bars to suit every taste and pocket.
On the urbanisation there is a private shared pool with a large swimming pool; safe kiddie pool and a small bar serving drinks and snacks. There are also tennis courts and a volley ball court.

The master bedroom is en suite with large shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The main bathroom has a wash hand basin, toilet, and bath with shower. The living room and master bedroom also benefit from air-conditioning. Hair dryer and security safe provided.
One set of bed linen and towels per person are supplied (but not beach towels).

The development is set in extensive gardens. Both balconies/terraces overlook trees with partial views of the sea and mountains. The communal swimming pool is set within terraced gardens with a bar, shade and sun beds which are available for a small fee. With every amenity within comfortable walking distance, a car is not essential.

My husband, young daughter (aged 2) and I had an amazing time at this apartment. The accommodation is immaculate, well equipt and really homely. It is also really well positioned. Really close to the beach, pool and the port, with its friendly bars and restaurants. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly English representative who was very knowledgeable about the apartment and the area (he also got me out of a little scrape I had when I didn't read the instructions for the safe and locked our passports and Euros in there on the first day!!). We would recommend this accommodation to friends and family without hesitation. The Willis Family - July 2012
The apartment is situated within a very quiet and peaceful urbanisation, away from the throng up the hill from Playa el Cristo. It is literally just a few minutes' walk away from the beach but far enough away to feel like you can escape from the crowd (not that the beach was ever that crowded, even at high season in late August). A slightly longer walk in the other direction takes you to the supermarket near the port, and the tourist information office. It's very well positioned particularly for el Cristo and the port.
In terms of the apartment itself, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay . The 2 bathrooms and additional en suite shower room made cooling down and after-sun/sea/sand bathing very easy for the four of us. The air conditioning was a blessing, and very efficient.
The other big plus was the swimming pool. A 5 minute walk away, this was a great resource, with a safe kids pool, a good sized adults pool, and a deep diving area. The waterfall feature was a big hit with our children and encouraged them to swim further than ever before to touch it. The pool became one of the best aspects of the holiday (all the swimming, none of the sand and no risk of jellyfish!). The staff there were welcoming and friendly, despite it being clearly a place mainly for Spanish families.
The other plus was the communication before and during the holiday with the owner and the rep in Estepona. I had to seek medical attention early on in the holiday, the rep was helpful in advising me on where to go about this.
All in all a fine place to stay in a great area of the Costa del Sol where tourism hasn't taken over. PS we'd recommend the Lolailo Chiringuita on Playa el Cristo – friendly staff, melodic singer, happy to make a 'bespoke' meal for our fussy 5 year old, great barbequed fish and paella; just lovely. The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol is the premier holiday location in Southern Spain and is famous for great weather all year round with the over 300 days of sunshine per year.
There is a huge range of things to do, something to suit all ages and interests. Enjoy a round of golf on one of the fantastic golf courses or maybe visit one of the historic mountain villages like Benahavis, Casares or Ronda for a spot of sightseeing and lunch.
Or maybe you just want to relax on the beach or lounge by the pool.
Other activities in the area include the Selwo Wildlife Adventure Park, water parks, water sports and horse riding.
Markets are held in the Port every Sunday and on a Wednesday in the town. It is also an ideal location for playing golf with the following courses in the vicinity - Estepona, Valderrama, La Duquesa, Sotogrande.
Situated midway between Marbella and Gibraltar, present day Estepona is almost unchanged, retaining the Andalucian flavour and rustic charm of old Spain. You can relax at one of the cafes or bars, or stroll through the picturesque narrow streets and tiny plazas.
The Port of Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holidaymakers when visiting Estepona, with an abundance of restaurants and bars to suit every taste and pocket.
In addition to this, Estepona has 2 main beaches, both with Blue Flag status. La Rada Beach is more than 1 km long and El Cristo Beach is a small bay approximately 5/10 minutes walk from the apartment..
Estepona is an excellent centre for sightseeing; Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas, Casares, Ronda and Gibraltar are just a short drive away. Jerez, famous for its sherry bodegas, Granada with the wondrous Alhambra Palace and Seville, considered by many to be the most beautiful city in Spain, are all within easy reach , even Morocco can be easily reached from the passenger ferry ports (less than an hour from the apartment by car) or daily coach trips are available to book.
A few minutes walk past Estepona bull ring and along the Paseo Maritimo will take you to the heart of Estepona´s town.

"Excellent holiday accomodation, very convenient for all our needs"
Just returned from 16 days of bliss. The apartment met almost all our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The main balcony was perfect for our early evenings as the sun set behind the trees, keeping the hot sun off. lounge and dining areas very comfortable. Very convenient for the beach and the supermarket. The pool was a little further away than ideal but was worth the 5 minute stroll. We never had a problem parking our hire car within 50 meters. Communication with the owners was excellent. Our rep was helpful, punctual with a very reassuring manner, we too didnt read the instructions properly for the safe! Sorted no problem! Overall Excellent value.
