Luxury front line apartment in a quiet gated development, metres from the sea with truly magnificent, unparalleled 180 degree views across to Gibraltar and the North African coast where you can relax to the sound of the waves on the large terrace.

It is situated in Estepona on the New Golden mile, 10 minutes from Puerto Banus and 15 minutes from cosmopolitan Marbella. Adjacent to the main promenade in Estepona and a two minute walk to the wide sandy beaches with beach bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a cocktail while lounging on your sunbed. Air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Attractive gardens and allocated parking space.

Estepona is a charming traditional Spanish village with a lively old port with a large choice of restaurants.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

Living Rooms:
Fully furnished with marble floors, brand new leather sofas and 46 inch flat screen TV and blu-ray player. iPod/ iPhone docking station/radio for listening to music. Broadband wireless internet connection and English Television channels.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Property is professionally cleaned prior to occupancy and clean towels and linen supplied at start of rental. Cleaning service during the stay available on request payable by holiday maker.

Further details outdoors:
Large 30 foot by 9 foot balcony with reclining chairs and sun loungers. The development has attractive gardens with palm trees and an allocated car parking space but no swimming pools. However the wide sandy beaches with numerous beach bars are visible from and situated just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

There is a large supermarket directly behind the development which makes it very convenient for shopping for supplies.

The Costa del Sol region

The apartment with within easy walking distance of the town centre and a minute from the beaches. Estepona is situated approximately midway between Marbella and Gibraltar. 10 minutes from glitzy Puerto Banus and 15 minutes from cosmopolitan Marbella.

The Laguna Village beach club is approximately 1 Km away with bars, luxury shops, restaurants and watersports. For the kids, the renowned Selwo National Animal Park is a short drive away.

Away from the coast there are numerous excursions into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Granada all accessible. For the more adventurous you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.

The Estepona area

The apartment is within easy walking distance of Estepona town centre and a minute from the beaches. Simple authentic meals on the beach and in Estepona provide a glimpse of Spanish life and an opportunity to hear Spanish being spoken rather than English.

The beaches are beautiful, with long stretches of golden white sands to relax and sunbathe on. The waters are clear and there are plenty of opportunities to take part in some exciting water sports.
