About the home

The apartment is fully air conditioned and is smoke free throughout.

3 min walk through lovely gardens to the beach which also has a couple of lovely restaurants. Restaurants are also easy to get to via walking or driving.

Bed Linen, towels and beach towels can be supplied for up to eight people at a time. Change over of bed linen, bath towels and some light cleaning is generally done every 7 days. This is not always done if the booking extends over the 7 days, but not into another full week. Further cleaning can be accommodated, by dealing directly with the management company. The beach towels are not changed for the duration of the booking.

The main bedroom is a king size double bed. Bed rooms 2 and 3 can be twin beds or converted into double beds, the 4th bed room can be a single, twin or double room.

The Costa del Sol region

Costalita is surrounded by a mixture of tranquil Spanish villages and bustling hubs of activity. The towns of Benahavis, Estepona, Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Marbella are some of the most well known.


Costalita is perfectly located with many activities in and around the area. You will never be short of things to do within the immediate surrounds of the apartment or further afield in the local area.

“A relaxing stay in a splendid apartement close to many amenities” I stayed in this lovely apartement for a week. The gardens are simply splendid with palm trees and water features. The sandy beach is very close and there is easy access to great restaurants. I was glad I had hired a car for day trips out and to the local markets and although I used it for food shopping I could have managed without. I was delighted with the standard of the kitchen equipment, enjoyed self catering and eating out on the balcony. Although the apartment is not far from a major route nothing disturbed me from listening to the fountains and variety of bird song. No need to bring anything other than clothes and swimming costumes as everything else is provided including a good selection of books and English tv if you have time to watch!!

“Perfect Apartment” This Apartment was amazing, not only was it beautifully decorated and emmauculately kept, it was more spacious than I imagined. There were 8 girls in our group and normally space in holiday apartments can be a bit tight but we had thre bathrooms between us, three balconies and plenty of living space. The Costalita is an excellent complex, it is beautifully kept and maintained, the gorund are stunning and the pools are lovely and big with plenty of sun loungers. The apartment is excellently stocked, we had eveything we needed and more, it really was like being at home. I would definately recommend this apartment to families and large groups, be prepared to get a lot of taxi's as if you are looking for lively night life you need to go further a field but the beach has two lovely restuarants, one is a bar also and has local entertainment nights. I would definately stay again if I was looking for a truely relaxing, home from home type break.
