This exquisitely furnished 4 bedroom penthouse, with stunning views is a rareity on the coast.
The apartments are about as close as you can get to the sand and the sea. There are no roads, car parks or other buildings to disturb the view, sounds and smells of the waves.

It is one of the most sought after complexes in the area with stunning views of the sea and the beach in two directions. At different times of the year, the experience will be quite different. Off season, you can sit inside the apartment or on the Terrace, or simply look at from the lounge at the beautiful sea, setting and greenery, possibly watching the kite and windsurfers doing the energetic activities for you. The penthouse apartment is very spacious, light and airy and exquisitely decorated, designed and kitted out to the highest specification for efficiency and luxury.

The beds are incredibly comfortable like sleeping in the "palm of God", the linen, towels etc are all of the highest quality, as is the furniture, fittings, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, high end TV and Audio Equipment etc. The bathrooms are marble throughout, with underfloor heating with the added luxury of jacuzzi baths and water jets. Also has a large, 5 seater terrace jacuzzis.

The large private terrace is positioned for superb views of the sea, beach and pool. It offers a great relaxation and entertainment area with luxury outside table, seating and private sun loungers by Kettal Espana.

The 20m private pool is heated for year round swimming and surrounded by manicured gardens. Relax and soak up the sun on comfortable loungers and large sun umbrellas by the pool. The fabulous gardens lead right onto the beach through a garden gate and the famous Heaven chiringuito.

The development has 24 hour security, underground parking and a fully equipped gym for those wanting to keep in shape, with several aerobic and other exercise machines as well as Table Tennis and sauna and showering facilities.

The complex benefits from a fabulous grassed area by the beach for impromptu games of volleyball, football or any other activity.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is a favourite destination because of a near perfect climate with 300 days of sunshine! Its beautiful clean beaches, scenery, traditional culture, adventure and outdoor activities, shopping and nightlife virtually guarantee something for everyone!

The Setting

On most days, there is a clear view of Gibraltar and Africa, and boats can be taken from the nearby Estepona Port or Puerto Banus - including Dolphin viewing and Fishing trips. To the North, the views are of the hills and mountains which are wonderful for adventures and sightseeing with inland lakes, river and real Spanish villages dotted all around - many of which host genuine fiestas and traditional parades. Immediately to the West and North of the complex is an area designated as a Nature Reserve which restricts development and ensure a peaceful and secluded retreat with the wonderful night-time sounds of waves and nature. Along the beach to East, are very beautiful Villas, many occupied by the rich, famous and discreet.

Perfectly situated on the A7 at 165.5km, the apartments are less than 10 minutes from Puerto Banus and Estepona Ports and close to the main arterial routes of the South coast. Equidistant from both Malaga and Gibraltar, the journey to the airports is less than 35 minutes to both, offering a wide variety of low cost travel options from most countries. The local urbanisation of Cancelada is only 5 minutes drive away and has excellent restaurants and supermarket shopping facilities.

Local Facilities and Amenities

There are many leading Golf Courses (including Marbella Club, Valderama and Los Flamingos) within 5 minutes. Selwo Adventure Park is less than 5 minutes away, as well as a Soft Play Centre for children and plenty of water sports including Windsurfing for the brave and sporty.
