Our first floor apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped to ensure that you have a wonderful holiday.
**There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, a kitchen with laundry room and two terraces.
**The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, ample fitted wardrobes and drawers, a television, clock-radio, hairdryer and has a door onto the Main Terrace. The fully tiled en-suite bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, bidet, bath with shower and a separate shower cubicle.
**The Second Bedroom has two single beds, ample fitted wardrobes and drawers, a television, clock-radio and hairdryer. The fully tiled guest bathroom has a wash basin, toilet, bidet and shower over the bath.
**The Living Room is comfortably furnished with two couches, dining table and six chairs, matching sideboard, coffee table and sliding doors onto the south-west facing Main Terrace. The Living Room is equipped with a 32" LCD television with Sky channels, DVD player with a selection of films, portable music centre with numerous cds.
**The Main Terrace is very spacious and is furnished with a glass topped dining table and 6 chairs, 2 matching sun loungers and has sea and mountain views.
**The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, hand blender and electric juicer. The washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the adjoining Utility Room where there is a washing line, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. There is a door from the kitchen to the east facing Kitchen Terrace which is furnished with a round glass topped table and four chairs - perfect for catching the sun over breakfast and indeed until lunchtime. This terrace overlooks the gardens and pool.
**The apartment has marble floors and full air-conditioning and heating. There are roll down shutters at all the main windows for privacy and security.
The rental includes fresh linens/towels and a complete clean on departure. Additional linens and cleaning can be arranged with our mananger.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol is Spain's southernmost coastal area, covering 160km of coastline bordering the Mediterranean Sea. The Costa del Sol is one of Europe's most popular tourist destinations.
The most popular areas of the Costa del Sol include the well-established coastal resorts of Marbella, Estepona, Sotogrande, Fuengirola and Benalmadena, with smaller areas such as Calahonda, Riviera del Sol, Elviria, Los Monteros, Rio Real, San Pedro and Duquesa also proving popular with holiday-makers and homeowners alike. Inland villages such as Mijas and Alhaurin are proving increasingly popular, and many more of Andalucia's famous pueblos blancos (white villages) like Casares, Istan and Ojen can be reached within an easy drive.
The Costa del Sol is also home to some of Southern Spain's most picturesque harbours and marinas, including the world-famous Puerto Banus, Sotogrande, Estepona, Duquesa, Marbella, Cabopino and Benalmadena.
Golf is well represented on the Costa del Sol, with more than 40 courses within a half hour drive keeping the golf players well satisfied.
The regional capital of Malaga is one of Spain's most thriving cities, and birthplace of Pablo Picasso.
The Costa del Sol is served by two international airports at Malaga and Gibraltar. In particular Malaga Airport handles flights from most northern European countries and flight operators such as EasyJet, British Airways, Monarch, Spanair and Iberia
Within 5 minute’s drive is a blue flag beach, with staffed toilets and shower rooms that are all free and maintained to a high standard. ‘Chiringuitos' (open-air restaurants that serve drinks, ice creams and good quality, reasonably priced food) are dotted around on each beach. Many also have play areas for children. The nearest beach with a Chiringuito is a 10 minute’s walk from the apartment
There are numerous excellent courses within 15 to 20 minutes drive from the apartment, suitable for players at all levels. The closest golf course is about 1 mile from the apartment
The lovely town of Estepona is approximately 4 km (7 minutes by car) from the apartment. It has many superb beaches and promenade along with a child friendly beach at Playa De Cristo Bay. There is a busy general market every Wednesday and an evening jewellery and arts market during July and August. On Sunday mornings there is a street market around Estepona port/marina. The town has narrow, quaint cobbled streets and a large pedestrianised area with a good selection of shops, bars, banks and restaurants. The marina has a selection of good restaurants offering cuisine from all over the world.
Within 10 minute’s walk from the apartment. This park offers an entertaining day out where you can enjoy a combination of wildlife, nature and adventure. The park is divided into four areas so visitors can see the over 2,000 animals close-up. Each area also provides the chance for a range of adventure activities such as taking a ride on a dromedary, swinging down zip wires, walking across long hanging bridges, trying your hand at archery or jumping up to 8 meters into the air with the help of a springboard. The first area, Gateway to Nature, contains a large lake where you can see animals such as lynx, cheetahs and crocodiles. The area known as the Route of the Valleys is dedicated mainly to Asian, American and African animals such as camels, bears and bison. The Central Village is full of large mammals such as elephants, rhinoceros and giraffes. Finally, the Bird Canyon is one of the largest natural aviaries in Europe and is home to species such as toucans, storks and crane. Every day there are also a range of different exhibitions featuring birds of prey and snakes.
Puerto Banus is an internationally famous yachting marina with leisure and shopping facilities that is about 7 kilometres east of the apartment. The port was constructed in the 1970´s and has become a vibrant shopping, nightlife and parading area. It is a special place and you can spot the most expensive and largest yachts and the most exotic cars here. Designers like Gucci, Dolce & Gabbanna, Versace and Louis Vuitton all have shops to fulfil the shopping needs of the wealthy visitors and residents.
For people with less deep pockets there are sufficient retail facilities just outside the port. Department store El Corte Inglès has a large store and retailers like Zara, Massimo Dutti and Jack and Jones have shops here as well. Just outside Puerto Banus lies Nueva Andalucia which is a residential area known as ‘Golf Valley’. The best known golf courses are Las Brisas golf, Los Naranjos Golf and Aloha Golf.
Approximately 10 kilometres east of the apartment (10 minutes by car). Marbella is perhaps the Costa del Sol's most famous destination. A thriving Mediterranean town, Marbella is the destination of choice for wealthy Spaniards and upmarket Northern Europeans.
With a superb year round climate and a range of facilities and amenities, Marbella is a genuine all-year resort. The town itself features a picturesque old quarter, centred around Plaza de los Naranjos (Orange Square), and the cobbled streets and plazas are home to a plethora of bars, boutiques and classy restaurants. Marbella boasts great shopping with well-known designer names like Cartier, Chopard and Bulgari rubbing shoulders with the high-street brands.
Marbella's landscape is dominated by the impressive La Concha mountain which offers winter protection for the town from the chill northerly winds.
Around 40 minutes drive. Here you can spend all your remaining British pounds in M&S, NEXT and Top Shop. Alternatively take a cable car to the top of the Rock and admire the impressive views of North Africa and meet the comical monkeys in their natural habitat (keep hold of your food and chocolate bars). There is also wide selections of boat trips into the bay where you will see the local dolphin population.
Approx 4 miles (4 minutes) east. It is famous for its Thursday street market but also has a great selection of shops and a buzzy atmosphere at night. The beach is clean, sandy and safe, offering high class fresh food restaurants.
