About the home

The apartment is set in a luxurious resort development of spacious high quality apartments and awards winning gardens. Its quiet Casares coast location means that you can live in a tranquil location with beautiful country views and also be just minutes to the beach, all road links and amenities.

This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment has been finished using the highest quality materials, with marble flooring throughout, Bosch kitchen appliances and fittings. All bedrooms are very spacious and have en suite bathrooms, one with jacuzzi bath both have underfloor heating. The lounge is also very spacious and has a direct access to one of four terraces where there is an additional dining and seating space overlooking the pool area. The property has full air condition throughout for the summer months and central heating for the cooler months. It has a feature log fire, TV, DVD, ipod docking station,Nintendo Wii with games,Internet available. This property has wonderful outdoor space as the terraces overlook the lush green communal gardens and pool areas with sunbeds and parasols allowing you to enjoy Mediterranean lifestyle to the full.
The property also has private underground parking for 2 cars access by remote control, storage room and two communal pools. The Estepona / Casares Playa area

Majestic Hills is situated 500 metres from the Blue Flag El Christo Beach, perfect for children. In a delightful sheltered cove with lots of watersport activities and two beach 'Chiringuitos' that service mouthwatering snacks and seafood, and hire out sunbeds and umbrellas.

A 5 minute drive brings you to the town of Estepona an Andalucian fishing town with Marina, sea front promenade ,restaurants,bars, designer shops and beach. There is a market each Sunday morning.

A ten minute walk take you into the beautiful marina of Puerto Duquesa, surrounded by many bars and restaurants which caters for young and old but retain the charm for a quiet enviroment. Enjoy a stroll next to the impressive boats and luxury boats.

“Fabulous apartment, fabulous resort” A peaceful location within 5 minutes drive of a bustling harbour with taxis easily available. The apartment decor is beautiful with a sun terrace overlloking the pool which has ample sunbeds. The main bedroom has a lovely jacuzzi bath and the underfllor heating in March was welcome. Dequessa is a lovely resort with some wonderful restaurants and bars in the harbour. A perfect location for a quiet holiday or a more lively break if you wish.

“Perfect, Great Apartment Excellent ,Location.” Well presented apartment in a great location to either relax and enjoy the facilities provided,or for travelling to the many places of interest which are within short driving distances. Altogether well organised and would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

“Very comfortable apartment set in beautiful grounds with stunning views,” Booking was very easy and the owner was very helpful. Very comfortable apartment in beautiful grounds. The local beaches were lovely to walk along and there are plenty of beach bars to choose from including La Sal, our favourite, which is within walking distance of the apartment. The local Port really comes to life at night. There is a good supermarket a mile away and plenty of places to visit within a short drive. Perfect for a peaceful & relaxing break,

“Fab Views,Fantastic Terrace” Me and my family had a short stay at majestic hills and was overwhelmed by the quality of the apartment and its fantastic views,the terrace and its furnature are just unique and so comfortable, Very quiet area in a peacfull location,But just a short drive or a quick taxi you are in the hustle and bustle of the lovely port duquesa and its bars and restaurents, also excellant links to the A7 coastal road, "believe me "that once you are on the terrace with a glass of wine you will not be too bothered in going out!, also if you feel energetic you can stroll down to the beach and walk for 1/2 hr along the coast to the port duquesa stopping now and again for a drink, kids loved the pools and the gardens are so well kept, Ill be back!!!!!!!

“Wonderful apartment in the perfect location” The apartment was immaculate and worked perfectly for the two couples that shared it for the week. We each had our own bedroom and ensuite with lots of communal space, a glorious verandah with a lovely view over the hills and a fully kitted out kitchen. The gardens and grounds were kept in perfect condition and the apartment block is centered over a fabulous pool that we used daily. Majestic hills is also ideally located for access to the beach which is a mere 500 meters down the road, and sports a great little beach bar - "La Sal" which was a delightful spot for and evening tapas and cold beer or glass of wine. Puerto Duquesa with its quaint marina, bars and restaurants is a five minute drive down the road, as is the supermarket, bank, tourist info etc. Its all there. And did I mention the Golf??? We played the little nine hole course up the road two minutes and the fantastic Donna Juliana course 5 minutes away; the latter especially, was a real treat and incredibly good value for money. The "white villages" which hang on to the mountainsides are just up the road about a half hour away and a trip to Casares is a must. We had a perfect week and will definitely be back

“Absolutly Love It -Would go back tomorrow” I stayed here with a group of friends and we all agreed it was one of the best holidays we have had! Such a laid back atmosphere and the apartment is gorgeous, We couldn't fault it. It is a 5 minute taxi journey away from port dequesa where we spent most of our time -there is a few bars and restaurants down there and it's a very short walk down the hill to the taxi rank from the apartment. If you are thinking of staying here I would recommend you have a car, simply for shopping etc

“amazing and fabulous apartment!” this apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay, it is very modern and clean it is also very big with beautifull en-suite bedrooms and fabulous air-con at the touch of a button! a fab kitchen with all modern appliances dishwasher ect , a large great cosy living room with large tv and huge patio doors leading onto the massive balcony! the balcony is fab it has sun loungers dining table and settees and also a barbeque! it is truly amazing had some fab barbeque nights! the pool is also fab lovely and clean overall this majestic hills apartment i cant fault and i shall definetly be going back.
