"Majestic Golf Trip at Majestic Hills"
I recently traveled to Estepona for a golf trip with 16 friends and we stayed at this apartment owned by Mr D Bell in Majestic Hills, firstly the apartment itself is very well appointed, beautifully designed and excellently equipped, with gorgeous views over the swimming pool from a HUGE balcony which is amazing and great for those early or late evening get together's, magnificent!!
We enjoyed two tremendous round of golf at two different courses during our stay there, Rio Real and Estepona, Rio Real was excellent and a great test of golf, even for those seasoned golfers, Estepona is slightly easier yet at the same time, slightly more tricky with a few blind holes and quite tight fairways but right on your doorstep so what more can you ask for?
I would HIGHLY recommend this area for golfers as there are many other courses right on your doorstep and we found the facilities, such as golf hire and transport really easy to arrange and exceptionally reliable so cant speak highly enough of this place!
Only one more thing to add.....I Won the tournament, therefore cant wait until next year to get back and defend my "La Jinlga" title in 2014 and will be definitely be staying at Mr Bell's apartment again!!

Thank you for your kind words, I am pleased your family enjoyed your stay at Majectic Hills. It was unfortunate that you could not access wifi, as other guest have not had such a problem, however I intend to purchase a portable wifi device in the very near future, so as guest don't have to link into a roaming Spanish network.
The Argentinian restaurant in Sabinilas is the best steakhouse in the area if not the Costa Del Sol, I recommend it to all my guest. I look forward to you returning to Majestic Hills next summer.

My wife and I, along with our two young children, hired the apartment for a fortnight in July on a recommendation from a former renter. What a great decision it was.
The private complex is extremely secure - you cannot get in or out of the gated perimeter without a fob key, giving you added confidence when trying to supervise children of 2 and 5. The gardens are beautifully maintained on a seemingly daily basis, and the two pools were well maintained to a high standard. Underground secure parking ensures your car is not a furnace from the baking sun. A car is probably needed, though a nearby taxi rank appeared constantly manned to negate it as a necessity.
In terms of the apartment, all equipment is modern, and the air con works perfectly - something we've not been able to say in the past in some places! The décor is very tasteful and modern and the apartment clearly cleaned and maintained to a high standard. A DVD player, Wii and limited Sky channels were a bonus.
The balcony, however, is probably a huge factor in making our stay so enjoyable. A large dining table and chairs is accompanied by a three seater outdoor settee and two chairs, along with two full length sun loungers. Throw in the gas bottled barbecue and the ample space it still affords and you have a huge area to relax in morning noon and night.
We rarely return to a venue for a holiday, but in this case would make an exception. The owner kept in touch prior to our arrival and also contacted us to ensure all was ok following our return, a nice touch. I would not hesitate in recommending this venue to anyone in the future.

"Fabulous apartment, fabulous resort"
A peaceful location within 5 minutes drive of a bustling harbour with taxis easily available. The apartment decor is beautiful with a sun terrace overlloking the pool which has ample sunbeds. The main bedroom has a lovely jacuzzi bath and the underfllor heating in March was welcome. Dequessa is a lovely resort with some wonderful restaurants and bars in the harbour. A perfect location for a quiet holiday or a more lively break if you wish.

"Very comfortable apartment set in beautiful grounds with stunning views,"
Booking was very easy and the owner was very helpful. Very comfortable apartment in beautiful grounds.
The local beaches were lovely to walk along and there are plenty of beach bars to choose from including La Sal, our favourite, which is within walking distance of the apartment. The local Port really comes to life at night. There is a good supermarket a mile away and plenty of places to visit within a short drive.

"Fab Views,Fantastic Terrace"
Me and my family had a short stay at majestic hills and was overwhelmed by the quality of the apartment and its fantastic views,the terrace and its furnature are just unique and so comfortable, Very quiet area in a peacfull location,But just a short drive or a quick taxi you are in the hustle and bustle of the lovely port duquesa and its bars and restaurents, also excellant links to the A7 coastal road, "believe me "that once you are on the terrace with a glass of wine you will not be too bothered in going out!, also if you feel energetic you can stroll down to the beach and walk for 1/2 hr along the coast to the port duquesa stopping now and again for a drink, kids loved the pools and the gardens are so well kept, Ill be back!!!!!!!

"Wonderful apartment in the perfect location"
The apartment was immaculate and worked perfectly for the two couples that shared it for the week. We each had our own bedroom and ensuite with lots of communal space, a glorious verandah with a lovely view over the hills and a fully kitted out kitchen. The gardens and grounds were kept in perfect condition and the apartment block is centered over a fabulous pool that we used daily.
Majestic hills is also ideally located for access to the beach which is a mere 500 meters down the road, and sports a great little beach bar - "La Sal" which was a delightful spot for and evening tapas and cold beer or glass of wine. Puerto Duquesa with its quaint marina, bars and restaurants is a five minute drive down the road, as is the supermarket, bank, tourist info etc. Its all there. And did I mention the Golf??? We played the little nine hole course up the road two minutes and the fantastic Donna Juliana course 5 minutes away; the latter especially, was a real treat and incredibly good value for money.
The "white villages" which hang on to the mountainsides are just up the road about a half hour away and a trip to Casares is a must.
We had a perfect week and will definitely be back
