There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor with a full en-suite bathroom with walk in shower [this bathroom is also accessed from the hallway]. Air conditioned.
Upstairs is the master bedroom, with king size bed and en-suite, fully air conditioned. Small balcony with sea views.
Just off the hallway is a large private balcony with sea views. This is part covered with a dining table and 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers. This is an excellent area as it is partially enclosed on 3 sides on one half of the terrace - giving the option of sun or shade.
The second double bedroom is also on this floor, with king size bed and an additional full family bathroom
adjacent.
There is a second floor with a bathroom which is used as a laundry area.
From the downstairs patio area and private garden you have direct access to the well maintained communal gardens and pool. The pool is fenced for child security. The gardens are well established and beautifully planted and maintained with various tropical shrubs and trees. There is a short walk to the gate which gives you private access to the beach.
The house has 2 parking spaces for guests.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol is a popular destination in Spain and Estepona is a lovely coastal towns that has succeeded in maintaining its pueblo charm and character. All the tourist facilities are here, including many restaurants and bars, leisure and cultural activities, and shops.
The Estepona Golf Course is within easy reach and it goes without saying that there are many other excellent golf courses in the in the vicinity.
The Estepona area
The Estepona Marina is situated at the west end of the seafront promenade. This is a very pleasant place for a stroll and there are some magnificent boats moored here. There are also a wide variety of excellent bars and restaurants, open both midday and in the evening while younger revelers can enjoy the late night disco bars. There is a popular tourist market here on a Sunday morning.
