Our third floor Penthouse apartment is set in a small exclusive complex within attractive sub tropical gardens with communal pool and small gym/sauna . The complex has security gates and is fully enclosed. The property features 3 terraces which capture the sun all day with views towards the mountains and through a typical wadi towards the sea.
The apartment is fully air conditioned (both hot and cold) and has marble floors throughout and sleeps 4 with an additional sofabed in the lounge sleeping a further 2. A baby cot is available on request. The fully furnished lounge/dining room has 2 sofas (one a sofabed) , coffee table, dining table / 6 chairs and flat screen tv unit with satellite channels and dvd/cd player. A small selection of DVDs and CDs is provided. There is also a PS2 system with games. Full width patio doors lead to a large terrace with table/chairs, two loungers and sofa overlooking the gardens and swimming pool and the terrace is not overlooked.
The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets, vanity dressing table, fitted wardrobes with drawer units and a spacious en suite bathroom with full bath/power shower, wc, bidet and vanity hand basin in marble surround. Doors lead from the bedroom to the main front terrace and a private side terrace with 2 loungers. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe. There is a second shower room/wc being fully tiled.
The kitchen is located to the rear with fitted units, electric cooker and hob, fridgefreezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and is fully tiled and has all necessary crockery etc. There is a small terrace off with table and chairs, ideal for breakfast, and there is a separate utility with washing machine and electric water heater.
There is underground secured parking with electronic gates and there is a lift direct to the apartment door.
The apartment is ideal for couples, families and golfers all year round with a golf course within half a mile and many others close by. Local restaurants are within walking distance and taxis are easily obtained for trips further afield.

Feature terraces to three sides catching the sun all day and fitted with tables/chairs and loungers. External lights are fitted.
Changeover day normal Saturday to Saturday but we can be flexible. No smoking inside the apartment. Sorry no pets.
The Costa del Sol region
Having a sub tropical climate with over 300 hundred days of sunshine a year this ia an ideal area to holiday all year round with hot summers and pleasant winters. Day trips to Gibraltar, Jerez, Granada, Tangiers( boat trip) and the beautiful local villages of Rhonda, Benhavis (the gourmet capital of The Costa Del Sol) and Casares together with the impressive Puerto Banus for nightlife and people watching. Main towns of Marbella and Estepona are within easy reach. With abundant golf courses and nearby beaches the area really does have something for everybody.
The new Laguna Beach resort is 5 minutes by car and is not to be missed with its Polynesian design and double bed loungers as well as designer shops,bars and restaurants. Estepona is 10 minutes away and is noted for its promenade and beach while restaurants can be found in the old town or at the marina. Here there is a street market every Wednesday.
Puerto Banus has a fantastic marina surrounded by restaurants and designer shops and here the main pastime is people watching. Here you will also find all the nightlife you could want. For a more subdued Spanish style harbour try Puerto Duquessa.
Golfing is abundant in the area with the closest course within half a mile. Visit www.golf-service.com for more information. Further afield but worth the effort is a visit to Marbella particuarly the old town and orange square with its restaurants.

A CAR IS RECOMMENDED BUT WITHIN 15-20 MINS WALK THERE ARE A NUMBER OF RESTAURANTS AND BEACH AND WITH CAR ONLY 10 MINS TO Estapona and 15 mins to Puerto Banus.
