location between San Pedro & Estepona this lovely 2bed/2bath air-cond/heated ground floor garden apartment with furnished South facing terrace overlooking the pool and garden in gated community. close to all amenities 2-3 mins walk. Dedicated private parking, also good local bus service all along the coast We have a very comfortable lounge dining room opening out on to our South facing sunny terrace with sunbeds and table and chairs for that Al Fresco dining overlooking the pool.
The location is only a short distance from the famous port of Puerto Banus to be reached in just 15 minutes drive, or public transport. Glamorous and famous Marbella is only 15 minutes drive as are many well known beaches along the full length of the coast.
The apartment offer two bedrooms with air-cond and ceiling fans, two recently refurbished bathrooms. The master bedroom opens out on to the Sunny South facing terrace. The Guest bedroom has twin beds and a separate shower room. with raindrop shower.
The longe opens out onto the th furnished tarrace overlooking the pool and private enclosed gardens.
Sat TV, DVD, CD player are all added extras.
Dedcated private off road parking, and close proximity to shops bars, and restaurants, flat easy walking.

The apartment is a large 2bedroom apartment with a large South facing sun terrace. The terrnace is fully furnished and overlooks the private gardens and pool.
The loaction is convenient for restaurants, bars and shops, within walking of 2 -3 minutes from the apartment.
The apartment offers a family a comfortable holiday location, and the enclosed pool and gardens are ideal for children to meet new friends during the holidays.
During the off peak season the apartment offers a couple an ideal location to spend a relaxing time unwinding from the normal pace of life.
There is golf, bowls, childrens pitch & put and many things to do children in the area. Esteopna is a few minutes drive with a magnificant beach and attractions to name only one place.

The apartment is situated in an ideal location between San Pedro / Esteopna and is suitable for all age groups to enjoy its facilities. As its completely level for getting around to the shops and restaurants and with private car parking. It offers great a holiday base for touring around the area, as its close to the beaches, many are drive on and have beach bars and restaurants. There are many good restaurants in the area all within walking distace of the apartment.
Lots to do in the area, as the location is close to all facilities and the Estepona, San Pedro Marbella & Puerto Banus. There are sports facilities for Bowling, Tennis and of course Golf with many more golf courses all along the coast. There is also plenty to amuse children, Selwo animal saffari,and Laguna Beach is about 2 klms towards Estepona, waterworld and dolphin saffari are a short drive towards Fuengarola, also most beaches offer water sports which are available at most of the resorts during the season.
The rental rates displayed on the details are subject to change at any time. We often have a special offer running for last minute availability, due to a change of datesThe weekly rental includes all linen, towels & pool towels, air-cond /Heating.
A 15% deposit of the total rental is required to secure the reservation. The 85% balance of the rental is payable 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday in full.
All payments are to be made by cheque if booked within 10 weeks of the holiday. Late bookings will be required by a bank transfer or by Cedit Card via PayPal transfer. We require cleared funds before the release of the apartment keys. The security bond is also required by bank transfer or PayPal and is returnd as per the booking conditions, normally we will return the security bond. within 7-14 days following receipt of the keys.
We reserve the right to change the rental rates at any time.
Discounts are often available on specific periods of 3 weeks orr longer.
We will consider a LONG WINTER STAY FROM between NOVEMBER TO MARCH each year.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages buit in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive. Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square. Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more atractions, details can be found in brochures in our apartment.

Las Palmeras de Benavista El Pilar offer a great holiday destination. Its white andalucian houses, and natural beaches still hold the charm of old Spain. There are also great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast. The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous. Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Sunday market at the Marina. San Pedro with many charming little streets, used to be a fishing village, now its a busy bustling shopping town only 6 kms. from the apartment and have lovely beaches and great reataurants.
