The three floor apartment has recently been refurbished and offers a stylish living room / lounge area with comfy sofas and dining area, opening onto a large sun deck with large outdoor dining table and chairs.

The apartment has 4 balconies and a roof terrace. Whilst these comply with Spanish building regulations, it is still the responsibility of the lead booker to ensure that all members of the party (which includes parents/carers) are fully aware that young children must be supervised at all times.
There is 24 hr security at Costa Galera and the apartment is managed by an English resident living nearby.
On booking, a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent is required. The balance to be paid 60 days before the start of the rental. BACS payments and cheques are acceptable. When the balance is paid, we will send directions and arrival instructions. A refundable security deposit of £200 will also be required, in case of damages.
£75 will charged for exit cleaning.

The Andalucia region
Estepona is located on the Western Costa del Sol. It is situated between the sea and the Sierra Bermeja mountains.It is ideal for those looking for a quiet relaxed holiday. The landscape is varied, with gently rolling hills plus a myriad of streams and creeks. In history and culture, the town remains unspoiled. The people are friendly and preserve tradition with pride.There are numerous bars and restaurants and tapas bars to choose from. The narrow, cobbled streets and quaint little shops add to the charm of this lovely town.
The Costa del Sol is also know as the Costa del Golf. It is simply a golfers paradise. With over 30 golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment and a fantastic all year round climate and you are most definitely in golfing heaven! The luxury resort of Sotogrande with its championship golf courses and superb marina is also within easy reach.
All within a short drive away is Selwo Aventura, Selwo Marina, Tivoli World, Sealife Centre and Fuengirola Zoo.
Another great day out is a visit to Gibraltar (passports needed), where you can take a tour of 'The Rock' and have close contact with the Apes. For the more adventurous, you can take a day trip to Morocco on the fast ferry from Algercias. There are many beautiful villages, towns and cities located nearby including Casares, Ronda, Mijas, Seville and Granada to name but a few.For those who like the finer things in life you may want to visit Laguna Village, an exclusive beach club with a fusion of exquisite designer shops, a variety of restaurants situated first line beach and surrounded by lagoons with waterfalls and tropical gardens with palm trees. Laguna Village is approximately 5 minutes away and offers visitors an excellent opportunity to relax and enjoy the amazing views of Gibraltar whilst surrounded in luxury
The property is situated between the charming old town of Estepona and the lovely Puerto de La Duquesa. Cosmopolitan Marbella (great for shopping) and the dazzling Puerto Banus (great for people watching) are only 20 minutes away by car and the lively resorts of Mijas, Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinos are within easy reach by car.
Estepona is a pretty town which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalucian white village. Its coastline is more than 20km long and is scattered with numerous sandy beaches and tiny coves.The town centre has many shops, traditional tapas bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of local dishes catering to all tastes.
You can stroll around the pretty Plaza de las Flores (Main Square), surrounded by orange trees, terraces and tapas bars or take a walk along the Paseo Maritimo. This is a spacious promenade, with a variety of children's play areas, approx. 3 kms long, where you can see the local flora and an amazing collection of cactus. The promenade runs along the main beach, Playa de Rada all the way up to the busy fishing harbour and marina, where you will find numerous bars and restaurants.
The coastline of Estepona, with 17 beaches in total, all very different in character have the necessary safety facilities; lifeguard posts, bathrooms with changing facilities, showers, first aid and wheelchair access.There are many chiringuito's (beach bars) along the coastline, providing delicious local food and specialities. La Rada Beach is the main beach, located directly in front of Estepona town centre.All kinds of watersports are enjoyed here. Our nearest beach, 0.5 kms away, is Bermuda Beach which is a quiet, unspoilt beach. Situated west of Estepona is El Cristo Beach, perfect for families with children. Also Sabinillas beach, popular with the locals and Puerto Duquesa, which has the marina and a lovely beach. East of Estepona is El Pardron Beach, Playa el Saladillo (near Costalita) to name just a few.

"Excellent, Clean and Safe..."
We have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Villa. All I can say is we had a fantastic time. The Villa is clean and spacious with all you need for a relaxing holiday. Lovely terraces on all 3 floors which offer shade and suntraps depending on the time. We took 3 young children with us and they had a blast. Spending most of their time in the numerous pools around the site. We particularly liked the fact that we were given keys, which opened all the gates around the complex, to the pools and bar etc, meaning we always felt safe... All of these were kept spotless. Having the air con was a god send......... The location, (though quite away from things so a car is required) is ideal for exploring along the south coast. Being 2 mins down the hill to the main road meant we never got lost. Supermarkets are a 5 min drive away along a straight road, so those who are a little nervous driving abroad will have no problems.... We tended to spend a lot of time at the villa and complex venturing out in the evenings when it was a little cooler.... Estepona is a 10 min drive away and has everything you would need from a long stretching golden beach, to shops, restaurants and bars. I must say that I do not often leave feedback, as I often forget to be honest... But I felt it would be a crime if I did not share my positive experiences and give anyone thinking of renting the villa the peace of mind. We will definitely be returning in the future as there is still so much we didn't see of the area.

"Great, well equipped accommodation with choice of swimming pools"
My partner and myself stayed with my elderly mother and two teenage children. We had an excellent holiday. The accommodation is well equipped with lots of space. The location of the balconies and sun roof means you can have sunshine all day but also find a balcony in the shade which makes it perfect. The views from the roof are great. The wifi and TV are an added bonus. We spent most evenings on the site but enjoyed our visits to Puerto de la Duquesa, Gibraltar, Puerto Banus and Estepona. There are numerous pools on site so finding a sun bed was not a problem and it was the school holidays. The local supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl and the large Spanish supermarket) are excellently stocked and very reasonably priced. If you have a car the location of the accommodation is great for sightseeing.

"spacious and well equipped"
We stayed with our teenage daughters who had a room each. Plenty of space and areas to find a quiet place to read a book or sunbathe. Views fabulous! Ready availability of dishwasher tablets, clothes washing tablets, cleaning cloths etc was a bonus. Air con very effective! Manager (Greg) very helpful and accommodating. TV and wifi worked well and were a good addition for the girls. Spent a lot of time at pools on site but also visited Ronda (typical spanish town - fabulous views on journey there), the lakes at El Chorro (again great views and pedallo hire), go karting in Mijas, beach at Marbella, El Cristo beach and the port. Had a go at driving range and pitch and putt at albayt resort. Coffee in the bar there highly recommended. Only downside was the need for a car to get to the local shops - which are well stocked - and the beach.

"Great location for golfers, beautifully maintained apartment, surprisingly spacious!"
We travelled with as 4 golfers to the apartment and we were very impressed with the space and the quality of the flat. The inside is maintained to a great standard and there is plenty of outdoor space with the numerous balconies to sit and enjoy a beer. The flat is located in a great location for golfers, with several courses near by, (estepona golf club 2 mins drive away). The country club also provides a driving range and putting green to get some practice in. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend this flat.
