A beautifully presented 2 bedroom ground floor apartment of around 120sqm, located in the exclusive Dominion Beach community.

2 spacious bedrooms, both en-suite, cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen, large spacious dining / lounge area, 20sqm ground floor terrace with table chairs and sun loungers with steps leading directly into gardens, free wifi, TV, DVD.

The property is second line, so just a few feet from the beach, pool area and a very popular on site beach bar, restaurant and gym. Beachside pool area consists of two pools - a main pool and a children's pool. There is also a heated garden pool.

Dominion Beach is designed and built to a 5 star standard with town houses and apartments designed in the grand Spanish style. With 355 metres of south facing beach frontage, privacy and security are given the highest priority in order to maintain an exclusive ambience.

Dominion Beach is equidistant between Estepona and Puerto Banus on the beautiful Costa Del Sol. Its position means it enjoys its own microclimate and an amazing average of 320 days sunshine annually.

Estepona, famed for its long golden beach and lovely promendae is only 5 minutes away. It comes alive at night with locals filling the bars and restaurants that spill out onto the strees and squares. Make sure too to visit one of ths Chringuitos (beach bar/restaurant) dotted along the promenade to taste the freshly caught fish or grilled meats.

The world famous Puerto Banus, with its incredible marina is also only a 5 to 10 minutes drive away. Browse in the designer boutiques before enjoying Tapas and Rioja overlooking the super yachts and sports cars. No better place to do a bit of people watching.

Marbella too, with its own old town, cobble stones and attractive boutiques is only 15 minutes drive away and well worth a visit.

Many other local attractions such as Wildlife Parks and Waterparks are also close by, as are wonderful places such as Malaga with its Picasso Museum, Gibralter and is apes and of course historic sites such as Granada and Rhonda.

Finally, the area is renowned for its number and quality of golf courses for players of all levels.

In essence then a truly wonderful location with something to suit the interests of everyone. A perfect place for a memorable holiday and somehwere you will be sure to want to return to.

Estepona is both a town & municipality. Dominion Beach is around 4km east of Estepona which has a delightful marina with many tapas bars and restaurants and an old style white-walled town centre with shops and picturesque squares.

Estepona is renowned for its beaches which stretch along around 20km of coastline. Due to its natural environment surrounded by the sea and the mountains, Estepona has a micro-climate with over 325 days of sunshine per year.

Puerto Banus and its world famous marina and designer boutiques is just a 10 minute drive away and Marbella is only 15 minutes away.

The area is surrounded by Golf Courses for players of all levels. There are wildlife parks, water parks, marinas, markets, shopping and much more besides all within close proximity. There really is something for everyone.

"A perfect escape in perfect surroundings"
