This property is a south facing 3 bedroom town-house are on three levels.

GROUND FLOOR: Has a double bedroom with an ensuite marble bathroom. The sliding doors open out onto a small garden terrace area.

MIDDLE FLOOR: There is a separate, self-contained fully fitted kitchen area, with a small outside terrace. The kitchen leads through to the spacious open plan lounge / dining room. The sliding doors lead out onto a balcony terrace that overlooks the pool area & offers terrace dining for 4 - 6 people. Access to a guest shower room / WC can be found at the entrance hallway.

FIRST FLOOR: There are 2 twin bedrooms (one with its own private terrace), both have access to a marble bathroom on the landing.

Albayalde is a secure gated community. The community pool and garden area can only be directly accessed by this town house and adjoining properties that overlooks this zone. A totally secure environment.

Within close walking distance to the beach-front, Villacana facilities and also the bars and restaurants in Cancelada Village.

Estepona, known as the “Pearl of the Costa del Sol”, displays a number of natural qualities, it’s own characteristics, which are impossible to find elsewhere. It’s incomparable sea, the tremendous Sierra Bermeja mountain and it’s climate form a unique setting for a town of white streets and enchanting little nooks where the kindness and friendliness of it’s people constitute the best greeting possible for visitors.

Cancelada is on the mountain side of the main A7 coastal road, only a few minutes drive between San Pedro and Estepona towns and can easily be reached by footbridge from Villacana, Park Beach and Albayalde beachside resorts. Although it has much changed over the years from a rural community, with several new residential developments, apartments, town-houses and commercial centres, the village has managed to maintain its quaintness.

This sleepy village comes alive into a vibrant pueblo for celebrations of birthdays, weddings and fiestas either side of the traditional Spanish siesta period. There is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants to entice you away for a pleasant change to the beach-side choices.
